TEMIA, the Telecom Expense Management Industry Association, in a fall 2013 survey of members and enterprise firms, reported that

48% have adopted BYOD and another 20% are evaluating it.

However, they found that of those that adopted BYOD,69% report that costs are either rising or about the same.
