Lux by Camilla Prytz is Camilla Prytz’ most personal collection yet. Digging into her passion for street art, classic tattoos and the surf/skate culture, Camilla has sketched her own version of classic suburbian symbolism and elements. Classic tattoos as well as street art are large scale motifs on bodies and walls. They are now made to shine – shine like light. Lux by Camilla Prytz embraces this want to shine. Her own drawings have been scaled down to small symbols. Personal pieces one wants to treasure and study. The different pieces combine kitch and elegance. The collection stands out, contrasting, but at the same time embracing its origins. Inspirations are also animals, friends and statements Camilla has tattooed to her heart and mind.

The collection is made in sterling silver, goldplated silver and stones.

The collection is celebrating Camilla´s 20 year anniversary as a designer.

The great changes in life will bear fruits for the ones who dare to take new and directional steps. Finding the Aestetics in

modern symbolism and sayings from different subcultures, minimalism has been created from maximalism. Lux is light in translation and is used as an everyday

expression for luxury. Combining this with my adaptation on the urban, the collection

was created as something I think everyone can relate to. It shall empower, inspire and give direction. Lux is precious,

because we can not live without it.”
