Warum solarthermische Meerwasserentsalzung?

InvestitionMEE= Effekte + Wasserfassung (Feed + Kühlwasser) + Kondensator
InvestitionRO= RO + PT + Wasserfassung (Feed + Kühlwasser) + Kondensator

Zusammenfassung1. Was kostet solarthermische Koerzeugung (<5MW) heute?

Impact on…
1) Optimisation of each technology for each specific plant location is obligatory
Computing procedure
2) The optimisation is carried out for the economically isolated but technically colocated desalination plant
Model and computing procedure
3) The steam is charged according to the loss of electrical power caused by the condensing temperature being higher than in a reference plant at the same site. A suitable power plant model is needed.
Additional technical power plant model
4) Both desalination plants have to provide the solar thermal power plant with equal service. Thus cooling facilities must be added to the RO plant.
Extension of technical and economical RO-model by a cooling model
5) The absolute values of the freshwater output need to match to meet the same water demand.
Computing procedure
6) The power to water ratio must be identical for both plants. With the previous point equal absolute values of the electricity output of both plants follow.
Computing procedure
