The Upper Cathedral Church is presently undergo-
ing a yearlong restoration and is closed. All Masses
will be celebrated in the lower Church (Our Lady’s
Chapel) (Except the Extraordinary Form (Latin)
Blessed Sacrament Chapel Entrance to Our Lady
Chapel in the lower church through the handicap
door. Entrance to Blessed Sacrament Chapel direct-
ly from Union Park Street.

We are now accepting donations for the Christmas
Flowers that will grace the altar during the Christ-
mas Season. If you would like to remember a loved
one at this Blessed Season, kindly print the name of
the deceased, and the name of the donor on one of
the Christmas Flower Envelopes found at the doors
of the Cathedral. A contact number or e-mail is also
helpful, in case we are unsure of the spelling of the
name listed. Since the Fourth Sunday of Advent is
December 24th this year, we will need your names
by Sunday, December 17 so they can be included
in the Midnight Mass program.

The Cathedral of the Holy Cross 2017 Catholic Ap-

Mass Cards and Spiritual Bouquets
Parishioners are welcome to come to the office to
request a Mass Card or a Spiritual Bouquet. The
Mass Card is a remembrance by which we offer an
announced Mass for the repose of the soul of the
deceased person or for the intentions of the living.
The Spiritual Bouquet is an enrollments in which we
remember the person enrolled at Mass offered every
week for both living and deceased.

English Speaking Faith Formation The themes for
this year will be: let the children come!,
Parents are the role models for their children's faith
and are the primary educators in their children's
faith formation. We want to partner with you and
help your children become living and faithful disci-
ples of Jesus Christ. This is done through religious
education classes, using an approved published cur-
riculum and sharing the Eucharist.

An Opportunity to Deepen Your Faith

Men’s and Women’s Weekends
Cursillo is a short course in Christianity, it is an en-
counter with Christ in a small community of the
Church, in order to deepen your own faith and
strengthen your ability to be witness of Christ in the
world.
