TSKC ACTION PLAN 2017-18

A). SENSITIZATION PROGRAMME:

Wide Publicity of TSKC was given from the time of admission of the I year

UG students for the academic year 2017-18 through DOST

The present III year students who were not in JKC training at the time are

advised to enroll their names in TSKC. These students are imparted the

syllabus of the TSKC Curriculum of III, IV, V & VI semesters. (Included in

the time table of the college).

B). TRAINING:

Briefing the objectives and aims of TSKC to the students

Testing of students learning process and their feedback.

Providing better tips to improve their skills in communication and analytical

Time to time and continues analysis is being done in the allotted TSKC

Classes about each and every activity and allowing to exhibit their individual

talents.

Divide the students in to groups for conducting various activities like Group

discussion, Quiz etc.

Motivating the students to speak in English inside the college campus for

developing their communication skills.

Engaging computer skills and analytical skills classes during the leisure

periods of the students in order to motivate them to engage themselves in

making use of TSKC Skills.

C. EMPLOYMENT ENHANCEMENT ACTIVITIES THROUGH TSKC

TSKC Lab remains opened between 10.00 am and 5.00 pm on all

working days. Magazines, Books on competitive Examinations are

available to the students.

Mock tests ,Group Discussion, Mock – interviews etc., are conducted to

motivate and prepare the students compete for various competitive

Examinations

Job Melas are arranged by various companies and firms.

Training programme is the given to meet the requirement of the

companies

Students centered learning is followed

Time table of TSKC is incorporated in the college regular time table.

Guest lectures on personality development & Language skills,

Communication skills life skills, analytical skills etc., by local recourse

persons arranged.

TSKC Training Prgramme 2017-18

The students are positively motivated to improve their communicative

and competitive skills to make themselves empowered to meet various

challenges in the JOB Securing scenario in the beginning of the academic year

2017-18 an also provided the information regarding TSKC calendar denoting

multi- faceted activities to all the students studying in this college with a noble

idea of following the most useful and encouraging instructions of the CCE

Hyderbad in the larger interest of the students.

Report of the TSKC Activities – 2017-18

As per the instructions of the CCE TS Higher Education, the well designed curriculum of the TSKC is scrupulously followed for the academic year 2017-18

The syllabus has been shared by the faculty with their interested topics.

The regular college time table has been incorporated with the TSKC class work, it has become very convenient to complete the TSKC syllabus in time.

The students of the I year are imparted the basics of the computers in the labs in addition to the theory class.

Computer Skills are enhanced to the students by way of allowing them TSKC Lab and given knowledge how to make use of computers both in

Communication skills are imparted to the students with help of the audio and video classes.

1. Prof. Sumitha ray lecture on easy ways of learning English and improvement of fluency.

2. Sr. Chiranjeevi Meda institute of spoken English Easy tips to improve spoken English

3. Sri. Vivek Chandra Vega institute of spoken English – self introduction.

4. Apart from the above mentioned audio and video classes – regular classes on communication skills in English are being taken by the English faculty, Dept. of English.

The II year students are given training in solving the basic arithmetic problems which are helpful to them face the IBPS, group exams, postal assistant, etc,.

Self discipline plays vital role in the progress of an individual. Keeping this in view the final students are taught self monitored programs. They have participated in JAM session and MOCK interviews

Personality Development class audio and video classes

1. Sri. Gampa Nagaswarao and Harshitha Personality Development trainer impact programme

Student’s Group Discussion and seminars have been organized on various activities such as self introduction, introducing, current topics and others.

TSKC mentor has involved in the arranging the classes and upgrading the

TSKC Lab.

For On line certificate courses 150 students have registered their names.

Registration activity is still in progress and the classes are commenced

from next Monday.

While presenting the communication of CCEs, to the principals the

TSKC Mentor has been prompt in going through the mails from time to

time and coordinating between the institution and CCE .

For the proper file arrangement and preparation of the documents for

DRC, DCEDRC meetings the TSKC mentor has taken complete

responsibility.

TSKC coordinator has approached the local industries, banks, shops and

market yard of Gadwal town and received consent from them to visit with

students soon and has got MoU.

The students have participated very enthusiastically in swachh bharat

mission, and haritha haram.

Online Courses

In month of January 2018 I B.Sc (MPCS) Students Students were

given an opportunity to attend the on line classes on Libro office Suite

Draw through the Spoken Tutorial IIT Bombay, as per the instrctions of

the CCE TS.

In month of Feb 2018 I I B.Com Students were given an opportunity to

attend the on line classes on Libro office Suite Draw through the

Spoken Tutorial IIT Bombay, as per the instrctions of the CCE TS

As MANA TV organized Group II on line classes by the experts like

Prof. Chaintanya Dev Dr Alladi Anjaiah , in the month of Dec 2016 , the same

were recorded as videos and classes were arranged to all the students on the

topics

Economy ,

Polity,

History ,

GS and Current affairs.

Online registration of all the women students including GDC (W)

Gadwal has been taken up in TSKC Lab( from BA ,BSC ,BCOM

courses)

ASSESSMENTS

Each student has been given four assessments. The assessments

enlighten their self analysis. These activities are done in TSKC lab.

The students are waiting for the counseling to be conducted by UNDP
