The Turkey Trot has become a great tradition here in Park Falls. What a great way to burn some calories before the day’s feast…. This year we have made a special offer to all STUDENTS, register online by November 2 for $15 and get a race shirt. There is now a Chamber Members Discount and a Race only Option as well. Check out www.ParkFalls.com for the details. The Chambers Fall Banquet is right around the corner. Deadline for reservations is Novem- ber 5th. PLEASE get your reservation in on time so we can order the right amount of food. The board of directors has 4 open positions up for the vote this year. Please send in your nominations by November 2. Voter sheets will be distributed starting Monday, November 5th. Voting will be counted by 5:30 night of the banquet. The website is still doing well with traffic slowing from our peak of 5,000 hits a month to around 2,000 this last month. Content is important, please forward us your information so we can post it. Remember that the staff is here for YOU. If you have any ideas or suggestions, we want to hear them from you. Give us a call, email us or even better stop in and say hello.
