Direct Marketing (DM) is the use of consumer direct channel to reach and deliver goods and services to customers without using marketing middlemen.

DM Channels are: Direct Mail, Catalog Marketing, Telemarketing. Interactive marketing: Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Emails, and Mobile Marketing.
