    CHAS Subsidies

    There are two types of Health Assist cards:

    Household monthly income per person

    of $1,100 and belowor

    Annual Value of residence must be $13,000 and below

    for households with no income

    Up to $120 per visit and up to $480 per year

    Up to $256.50 per procedure

    Up to $18.50 per visit

    Household monthly income per person of between

    $1,100 and $1,800or

    Annual Value of residence must be between $13,000

    and $21,000 for households with no income

    Up to $75 per visit and up to $300 per year

    Up to $170.50 per procedure for selected procedures

    Integrated Screening Programme (ISP) under Health Promotion Board (HPB)

    Cardholders who receive HPBs invitation** will receive subsidies for the recommended screening tests under ISP. They will also enjoy subsidies for their doctors consultation charges (up to $18.50 per visit)

    for screening and related follow-ups, up to two times per calendar year.

    About CHASThe Community Health Assist Scheme (CHAS) enables Singapore Citizens from lower- and middle-income households to receive subsidies for medical and dental care at participating General Practitioners (GPs) and dental clinics near their homes. To enjoy subsidies at CHAS clinics, simply produce your Health Assist card with your NRIC during registration. For cardholders below 15 years old, please present your Health Assist card and birth certificate. CHAS clinics can be easily identified by the CHAS sticker displayed.
