The Liturgy Committee would like to thank Vanessa Beaudry for sharing her time and talents with the parish in her role as Altar Server Coordinator for the
past year. As of May 1st, Alex Thompson has taken over the role and we look forward to working with him as he embarks on this new ministry. As many may not know, we have many people who serve behind the scenes here in the parish. One such person is Loretta Millions. Loretta has served the parish for many years by laundering the altar linens used in the sanctuary during Mass. We would like to thank Loretta for her many years of service as she retires from this ministry. We welcome and thank Cathy Wittal who will be taking over this ministry from Loretta. Both these women deserve our prayers and thanks for their stewardship.
Prayer Petitions Box
Forms are available at the main entrance of the church at the Hospitality desk entitled, “Dear God”. We welcome and encourage you to write your prayers of thanks and/or petition on the form, fold and place in the box which is located inside the church on the gift table. At each weekend Mass the box will be carried up at the Offertory with the bread, wine and collection. Your petitions are meant to be between you and God. On a regular basis, the petitions are burned. As a caring parish family we need to pray for each other and give thanks to God, the Good Shepherd who loves us.
Conquest Boys (a Catholic club for boys) is having their annual FATHER-SON Campout at Camp Monahan.
