The control of particles by using original filter elements is important to achieve your production targets with profitability.

iPLAS® pleat alignment and retention system replaces conventional strapping methods (utilizing fabric straps and adhesive) that are suscep-tible to chemical and hydrolytic attack. iPLAS keeps the pleated media placed firmly against the inner core, virtually eliminating failure of the filter element due to over-flexing and pleat reversal.

The spunbond filter material applied to the PulsePleat® pleated elements is different from the traditional felt or fabric. The technology applied in the filter mate-rial ensures an extremely narrow porous structure that resists the penetration by rigid particles.

Hot vulcanized conveyor beltsThe dosing accuracy of the asphalt plants is determined primarily by what type of material will be on the weighbridge.
The Ciber original belts have accordion protections on the sides that restrict the transport of the material over the weigh-bridge.

The Visolite leak detection system reduces the time spent by maintenance personnel to identify rips, holes, and sealing problems in the filter bags. Visolite is a very light fluorescent powder that after injected into the bag filter makes it possible with the aid of a black light to easily identify the points where particles are passing.
