NIMS Compliance

•National Incident Management System (NIMS)

▫Based upon a Presidential Directive.▫Required to maintain Grant eligibility.

• Very Pragmatic and successful approach to Organizational management.•All employees have some role and are

required to complete basic coursework.

State and County Collaboration

•Emergency Coordinating Council (ECC) an advisory board established in accordance with FSS▫Each Municipality has a voting member▫Comprised of Several EM Working Groups▫BEMA
