Wednesday, 6/03/20 GRADUATION—8:00 PMBerry Center and CFFCU Stadium

• ALL STUDENTS will be issued a face mask—MUST BE WORN the entire time.

• Graduates are to leave all personal belongings in car except for car keys; this includes cell phones. Graduates will walk through a metal detector at the entrance.

• Proceed to your assigned seat on the football field—staff will help direct you. Posters of seating assignments will be posted at the entrances.

• Find your seat and REMAIN SEATED until staff arrive to lead you off the field and back into the Berry Center before the processional.

• Students should arrive at 6:30 PM

• Park on assigned side

• Side A=West Road Entrance

• Side B=Barker Cypress Road Entrance

• Students enter the Berry Center

• Guests enter CFFCU Stadium

GRADUATION TICKETS

• Tickets will be issued through the Berry Center Ticket Office and website.

You may read more regarding tickets by clicking here. Step-by-step

directions for purchasing tickets are found here.

• Tickets are assigned by STUDENT NAME and DATE OF BIRTH.

• EVERY GUEST must have a ticket (this includes small children).

• The Ticket Office/website will only allow 4 TICKETS per student.

• Berry Center will have two box offices on Side A and two on Side B the day of

the ceremony.The ceremony will be live streamed on the Berry Center

website and YouTube channel for all guests unable to attend

For individuals who are unable or choose not to attend graduation, the ceremony will be broadcast on the district website at www.cfisd.net.

This is a great alternative to in-person viewing.

Upon Entering the Atrium• Line up in the Atrium area for metal detector search

(conducted by school staff) and health screening.

• Graduates may not bring any electronic devices, cell phones, purses, sunglasses, cameras, noise makers, beach balls or any other item which may cause a distraction or take away from the importance of the event.

• Hats are not allowed to be decorated.

• No high heels: walking on the field will be difficult.

• Any student arriving after 7:30 PM will not be allowed to enter the field.

• Any confiscated item can be picked up in the AP Office the following Monday, June 8th, at 9:00 AM.

Social distancing protocol

Social distancing will be enforced according to the CDC and Governor Abbott’s guidelines. Please help us by keeping at least six feet of

distance between you and any other individuals.

DRESS CODE

• Men – Collared shirt, dress slacks, and dress shoes preferred.

• Women – Dress/skirt or dress slacks with dress shoes. Blouses and skirts within dress code. Leave purse in car.

Only honor society cords and stoles that have been approved by sponsor and administration may be worn.

Please no jeans, shorts, capris, sandals, flip-flops, tennis shoes or sunglasses.

NO HIGH HEELS - They will not work well for walking on the field turf!

Graduate Processional:

• Campus administrators, staff and graduates will exit the football field (Reverse Order: last graduate to first graduate) at approximately 30minutes before the ceremony start time.

• The graduates will be led off of the field by campus staff and taken through Side A & B tunnel paths—PAY ATTENTION AND FOLLOW THE PERSON IN FRONT OF YOU!

• Once the last graduate has exited the field, we will begin the processional.

Everyone will be lined up as though waiting in line for a roller coaster ride at Six Flags or Disney World ☺

Markers will be on the floor to indicate where to stand, which will keep six feet between you and the person in front of you, behind you, and on both sides of you.

The student must have completed the online form with the

counselors and the registrar's office before graduation. The

college/university of attendance may not allow you to

register for courses until an official final transcript is mailed

directly from Cypress Ranch High School to the admissions

•Order cap and gown at balfourgrad.com if you haven’t already done so.

If you ordered a cap and gown already, it is no longer at Cypress Ranch.

Balfour has picked up all remaining caps and gowns and will distribute

them at the Berry Center as you enter.

•Make up any hours if you have EAs.

•Keep up your grades! You are close. You can do it!
