Who receives services:Any citizen that lives in the established corresponding county the Extension office is located in.

THE USE… (OR NON-USE) OF NEW MEDIA New Media Used: Facebook

Facebook is used but not as effective as it should Potential uses: Promoting of events, General information, communication

between Volunteers, members, and general public

Still uses monthly newsletters via email and home mailing

Which is actual the county’s best form of promotion! (believe it or not)

Many of the Volunteers have and are active users of Facebook.

Great way to keep Parents/guardians updated with kids.

Once again, people interested can be connected to the “When and Where” of events.

Suggested Ideas: Possibly educate staff members on how to use Facebook effectively Delegate this task to a devoted Volunteer.
