New Signage to Welcome You

• Throughout 2012, The Brewer-Garrett

Company will be conducting a major

renovation of its Headquarters which

will considerably expand the office

and training spaces within the

facility.

Reception Area

• This renovation will expand the current office facilities by 6,500 square feet, allowing Brewer-Garrett to add an additional 75 office and field personnel over the next 4 years, a growth of 64%.

• Based on current construction work, these additional personnel will generate an average of 125 additional construction jobs annually.

Ground Level Expansion

• This project is being handled by Brewer-Garrett’s own in-house engineering and energy services department. The office will be a showcase for the latest in commercial HVAC and electrical technology. Visitors will be able to see first-hand the quality of work they will receive as customers of The Brewer-Garrett Company.

Upper Level

• Brewer-Garrett’s core business is the creation and implementation of energy conservation projects for a vast array of customers throughout Ohio and its surrounding States.

• With this core business in mind, BG will focus on energy efficiency and sustainability in the design of the facility.
