STANDARD CONTRACT

Contract Number: VTS-836-2018

This contract entered into Ibis 27th day of February 2018 by It's My Affair, LLC. hereinafter called the "Contractor" and Commonwealth of Virginia, Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University called "Virginia Tech."

WITNESSETH that the Contractor-and Virginia Jech, in consideration of the mutual covenants, promises and agreements herein contained, agree as follows:

SCOPE OF CONTRACT: The Contractor shall provide the VASCUF'P Conference and Event Planning Services to Virginia Tech as set forth in the Contract Documents.

PERIOD OFCQNTRACT: From February 27, 2018 through February 26, 2020 with an option.of three (3), one (1). y~r renewals.

COMPENSA_TION AND METHOD OF PAYMENT: The Contractor shall be paid by Virginia Tech In accordance with the Contract Documents.

CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: The Contract Docume:nts shall consist of this signed contl'c!c!. Reguest for Proposal (RFP} number 0053851 dated December 6, 2017, together with Addendum Number 1 to RFP dated December 13, 2017, Addendum Number 2 to RFP dated December 20, 2017, the proposal submitted by the Contractor dated January 8, 2018, Virginia Tech's letter dc1ted February 8, 2018 and the Contractor's response dated February 14, 2018, all of which Contract Documents are incorporatec;l herein.

In WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have caused this Contract to be: duly executed Intending to be bound thereby.
