“The complicated thing about police work is that we have a $173 million operation and 1,800 employees — 1,300 of them who carry guns. The department taught me how to be a police officer. Fontbonne taught me how to manage the business.”

Online — Fully online programs give your employees flexibility to complete work on their own terms, no matter where they are.

Face-to-Face — At Fontbonne, this traditional method of delivery means small class sizes, one-on-one attention, networking opportunities and camaraderie among classmates.

Blended (four classes online and four face-to-face) — This format offers the best of both the online and the traditional worlds: face time with instructors and the convenience of online learning.

Closed Cohorts — This is unique to our corporate partners. We’ll hold classes at your company, online or in a blended format just for your employees. If you have a group of employees interested in a specific offering, they can work through a degree program, course or workshop together at the same pace.
