NovocoatErgonArmor’s Novocoat™ epoxy linings are 100% solids, contain no VOCs and are designed for temperatures up to 350oF in oil and gas applications such as fractionation tanks, transport pipelines and hot and sour crude tanks. These sprayable storage tank linings provide an economical solution to reduce labor costs and downtime with return to service as soon as 16 hours, depending on temperatures.

Novocoat also offers interior and exterior pipe linings designed for HDD applications where high wear and friction exist or where flow characteristics will be needed, such as in natural gas lines or fuel lines. Novocoat linings have exceptional adhesion to FBE lined exterior pipe, which help to facilitate girth welds and other repairs in-shop or on-site. Independent cathodic disbondment, impact, wet adhesion and Shore D hardness testing over 28-day observation has revealed that our linings excel in this application.

Novocoat linings meet API-652 performance specifications for reinforced thick-film linings, suited for extended storage tank inspection intervals at temperatures up to 350°F.

PeNNcoatPenncoat™ MR or Penntrowel™ L/F systems are available in a variety of resin types including epoxy, Novolac epoxy, vinyl ester and Novolac vinyl ester. Our reinforcing fabrics meet chemical service requirements, which include synthetic veils, woven or chopped glass mat and resin topcoats.
