As the intelligent databases become more comprehensive, the institutional variable costs for the provision of effective student support will tend towards zero.
5th Generation
2. Categorias de E-Learning
Aprendizagem Individualizada(Modo “ABC”)
Aprendizagem Colaborativa
(Modo “CMC”)Estudo “online”. Comunicação em
“tempo real”
Navegando na WWW e acessando “Websites” p/
informação/educação (Pesquisa p/ Webquest)
“Chat” c/s visuais (IRC; “Whiteboards”).Audio/vídeoconferência
(CU-SeeMe; NetMeeting)
Estudo “offline” Comunicação em “tempo flexível”
Download do curso da Web p/ estudo posterior
(Learning Object Download – LOD)
Comunicação assíncrona p/ e-mail, listas de
discussão, “groupware”(WebCT; Blackboard)
Algumas Pesquisas Anteriores
compreendê-los;3 - cada participante faz inferências e interpretações desses fatos;4 - surgem, geralmente, vários pontos de vista ou várias interpretações;

The teacher, when developing a unit of study with thistechnique needs to be able to:
identify the main topics of the subject and how theyare interrelated,
elaborate open-ended questions that fully explorethe instructional objectives,
foresee the solution strategies that will be used bystudents in the solution of the tasks,
invent the dialogues that form the discussion. Thepurposes of these messages in the dialog depend onthe student's strategies adopted to respond to thechallenges set, on the objectives of instruction andon the teacher's interpretation, or “view” of thedomain.
The SC design and development procedures are:
i) Define the "problem",ii) Analyze the problem and assemble the data.iii) Select or create a situation,iv) Design the case situation,v) Develop the case material,vi) Evaluate the case material, vii)Develop the SC lesson plan.
These recommendations may be quite useful to the teacher-author,but they are not easy to implement.
It is from this point on in the SC exercise design process that we see the value on anIntelligent Authoring Tool Environment.
