All types of car covers come with solidly tiedown loops and reinforced grommets. Thegrommets are located midway lengthwiseon the vehicle cover and about two inchesfrom the car covers bottom. To install thecable and lock, move the cable through oneof the grommets, beneath the car, and thenthrough another grommet. After this, youcan now close the lock for the security ofthe car cover.
