Meteo-40 is accessed and confi gured via a user-friendly web interface. You can easily confi gure sensors and com-munication systems using wizards (e.g., sensor helper and provider helper). Conveniently access the web interface in our standard web browser via secure HTTPS connection - just connect your Meteo-40 via LAN, W-LAN or point-to-point connection to your PC, laptop, tablet PC or smartphone.

Access authorisationIn order to access Meteo-40, you have to log into one of four accounts. Each account is pass-word-protected and has different access rights.

Secure: Measurement data is irreplaceable. In order to protect your data, you can access your Meteo-40 via the Am-monit Tunnel Server. The tunnel between data logger and server is encrypted and cannot be monitored by anyone else. Access the server via a secure HTTPS connection.
Cost-effective: Meteo-40 can be connected directly to a tunnel server (e.g., Ammonit Tunnel Server) to obtain a unique subdomain. So you can insert a standard SIM card with dynamic IP address in your GSM modem. The tunnel server automatically manages the subdomains. Access the Meteo-40 web interface (when online) by entering its sub-domain, e.g., https://subdomain.tunnel.ammonit.com. An expensive SIM card with static IP address is not necessary.

Integrating Meteo-40 in your SCADA system
Once the wind farm is set up and running, it has to be ensured that it performs at its best. Meteo-40 can easily be inte-grated in SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems to provide reliable comparative meteorological data. Considering the measurement data recorded by Meteo-40, for example predictions about the annual production of the wind farm can be verifi ed.
With its confi gurable Modbus Register Map, Meteo-40 is designed for operation in most existing SCADA system. The necessary parameters are confi gured via a user-friendly web interface. Meteo-40 uses the standard protocols Modbus TCP/IP and Modbus RTU for data transmission.
