Please see attached Hardware Schedule for door hardware replacement in the district buildings. District Maps/Building Locations: Please see attached maps for locations of DPS facilities by district. The following link will provide addresses for each school. The link will also allow you to access and download a PDF or Excel version of a list of schools with addresses for your convenience. http://www.dpsk12.org/schoollist/default.aspx Door Finishes: The following is a list of vendors preferred by DPS for door finishing: Peterson Remodel 720-495-7840 Younger Impressions 720-839-6413 Trujillo Special Coatings 720-341-6479 Where existing panic hardware is to be replaced with Precision panic hardware, or existing power transfer loops is to be demolished, the doors shall be painted. The contractor shall follow Owner specifications for paint and finishes outlined in the paragraph 09900 of the district construction standards. Video Insight Software: DPS Schools currently use version 5.0.34.3 of the Video Insight Software. DPS Charter Schools are using version 4.3.0.58 of the software. Cabling Contractors: The list of district-approved cabling contractors can be found in Section 27 00 00, 1.05 of the RFP. If your proposal has been submitted and you wish to amend it, please modify your proposal on company letterhead. The amended proposal must be received prior to or included at the time and date set for the proposal opening. Each modification submitted to the District's Purchasing Office located at 1350 E. 33 rd Ave. Denver, CO 80205. It must have Vendor’s name and return address and the applicable RFP number and title of the RFP clearly marked on the face of the envelope. If more than one modification is submitted, the modification bearing the latest date of receipt by the District's Strategic Sourcing Office will be considered the valid modification. *****This addendum must be acknowledged, whether or not you amend your proposal.***** This Addendum must be included in your submittal or proposal, providing you do not need to amend your proposal.
