Jubail, Saudi Arabia

Dialog secured a lease agreement with the Saudi Ports Authority / Jubail Commercial Port for the a leased land of 34,500 square meters for 20 years.

An extensive case study, design and concept was made and submitted to the Port Authorities & RC for the construction of the Supply Base.

Dialog invested SR130m to enhance the given piece of land by extending the berth by

24 mtrs (back filling) and created a 400 mtr berth length with current land space is 47,500 square meter with a -6 mtr water depth during low tide.
