how he or she learns it, and how the student

demonstrates what he or she has learned is a match

for that student’s readiness level, interests, and

preferred mode of learning” (Tomlinson, 2004)

Chinese word puzzle: cut a reading into pieces.

Teacher can even set different levels.

The lower level will be cut in less pieces and higher level will be cut into more pieces.

Students need to put the pieces together based on their English meaning.

They can work from an easy level to more difficult levels.

Depending on student’s level, some students will even have original text to help them put the reading together.
