RESUMEN
El siguiente trabajo de investigación tiene como finalidad Diseñar un Software Educativo sobre la organización y funcionamiento de la Biblioteca Escolar de la Escuela Básica Nacional Olga María Abreu. Este trabajo tiene el princiapl propósito de diseñar un Software Educativo para resolver los problemas acerca del funcionamiento y organización de la Biblioteca. SOFIBIES fue hecho a través de un sondeo con los estudiantes para captar información que permitiera conocer los conocimientos previos, que tienen los alumnos del 5to. grado de Educación Básica. Para desarrollar el Software Educativo se aplicaron las siguientes fases: análisis, diseño y desarrollo. Esta investigación es de tipo aplicada por cuanto está destinada a resolver una problemática. Así mismo, de acuerdo al método de investigación utilizado se denominó de descriptiva. De acuerdo a los requerimientos básicos para el diseño del Software Educativo y a criterios como definición del núcleo de la aplicación y conceptos asociados, nivel de complejidad, orientación y enfoque instruccional, se determinó la orientación del diseño instruccional del sistema.

ABSTRACT
The following research is about the organization and operations of the Library of the Olga María Abreu natinal school. This research has as a main purpurose the desing of an Educative Software to solve the problems about the functioning and organization of the Library. Sofibies it was made some questions to students, to obtain the information that they have previously caught about the organization and operations of the library specialley to fifth grade students of the basic education to develop the research a bout the educational Software, the applications ware the following phases: analysis, designand development. This research is of practical type because its functions is to solve differe it problems, the methodused was the descriptive one. About the basic requeriments for the design of the Educative Software and the criterions for the definitiion of the core of the aplication such as associated definitions, level of complexity, orientation and instructional approach determine the orientation of the instructional design system.

INTRODUCCION
Las operaciones de toda organización deben ser estudiadas y evaluadas,
ya que de ellas dependerán las decisiones y estrategias a seguir con respecto al
funcionamiento apropiado de la misma.
Es notable el auge que han tenido en estos tiempos los Sistemas de
Información en las Empresas, Asociaciones e Institutos, donde cada vez más la
computación está invadiendo el Mercado Gerencial en la toma de decisiones.
La Biblioteca Escolar en busca de nueva tecnología que le ayude a
proyectarse como institución, diseñará un proyecto destinado a brindar un
mejor servicio a los usuarios y por ende un trabajo más eficiente a la Escuela.
El proyecto de diseñar un software educativo sobre la organización y
funcionamiento de la Biblioteca Escolar de la Escuela Básica Nacional Olga
María Abreu, tiene como propósito estudiar la Problemática Actual y
encontrar la manera más eficiente para mejorar los procedimientos utilizados
en el desarrollo de este trabajo. Se realizó en cinco capítulos. El primer capítulo
se trató el problema a través del planteamiento del mismo, justificación,
objetivos y delimitación.

En el segundo Capítulo se desarrolló el Marco Teórico, en el tercer Capítulo
se refiere al Marco Operativo Metodológico de la investigación, en el cuarto
Capítulo se muestran los resultados del trabajo y para concluir el quinto Capítulo
detallando el Informe Técnico correspondiente.
