We will work closely with you and your marketing director/ manager or other personnel. Key areas are: a.  Strategy – helping you achieve results through clear strategy, milestones and metrics b.  Planning – providing support to your marketing team. Guiding them on specific tasks or doing it for you c.  Implementation – supporting the role of implementation and measuring what works and what doesn’t

2.  Marketing Mentoring & Training –  Providing tailor made support to the existing marketing team. Many departments need support in their

current methods (an extra pair of hands or hands on experience). We provide in house mentoring or facilitation to help support the marketing team. We know the strains of growing an international company and the pitfalls of marketing implementation.

• Establish  Vision  of  business  • Discuss  strategies,  key  drivers,  goals  and  milestones  for  the  next  3-­‐5  years  • Facilita?on  of  plan  • NEXT:  two  op+ons:  1).  Con+nue  and  review  op+ons  or  2).  Finish  

Stage  2.  The  Marke2ng  Directors  Role    (Strategy  Day  =  $1,900USD  /    £1,100GBP*)  

•  Ini?al  inves?ga?on,  building  up  knowledge  of  the  business  • Write  marke?ng  plan,  budget  and  ac?vity  planner    • Monthly  marke?ng  reports  |  monthly/  qty  mee?ngs  • Research,  advice  and  metrics/  ROI  

Stage  3.  Experts@Hand        Retainer  fee  =  average    $3,600USD  /  £2,200*  per  month    (decided  a>er  ini+al  discussion)  (min  4months  contract)

How  we  price  our  work

Stage 4. We are your marketing manager/ team and implement the plan for you Stage 5. and/ or we train up a resource, for you to become self sufficient (subject to time on growth/ strategy) Stage 6. One off project work can be implemented/ priced separately

• Dealing  with  suppliers  from  ini?al  contact  through  to  finaliza?on  of  project  • Qtr.  Mee?ngs  to  discuss  next  ¼  con?nue  or  re-­‐focus  strategy  • Monthly  reports  on  ac?vity  (as  part  of  stage  3)  

Stage  4.  The  Marke2ng  Managers  Role    Implementa?on  of  Ac?vity  Planner  &    Budget    36%  of  budget  -­‐paid  per  ¼  on  sign  off  

• Hands  on  training  with  one  of  the  EBTM  team  • Seing  up  ac?vity  planner  • Social  Media,  budgets,  dealing  with  suppliers,  exhibi?ons  organiza?on  etc.  

Stage  5.  Reducing  Reliance  on  EBTM    Mentoring  of  Marke?ng  Resources    $1,900  USD/  £1,100  GBP*  per  day    (minimum  5  days  over  a  period  of  weeks  or    months)  

• Project  work  discussed  and  figure  established  ie.  seing  up  exhibi?on  in  Cape  Town,  South  Africa;  7  days.  

• Dealing  with  suppliers,  forms,  shipping,  confirma?on.    Fee  $1,650USD/  £950GBP*  

Stage  6.  Implementa2on  of  1-­‐off  projects    One  off  project  work    $nego?able  on  ?me  frame
