Our aim is to provide you with flexibility. We can work with you on specific projects such as re-branding or building your existing sales pipeline, or review your entire strategy. We will work closely with you and your marketing director/ manager or other personnel. Key areas are: a. Strategy – helping you achieve results through clear strategy, milestones and metrics b. Planning – providing support to your marketing team. Guiding them on specific tasks or doing it for you c. Implementation – supporting the role of implementation and measuring what works and what doesn’t
2. Marketing Mentoring & Training – Providing tailor made support to the existing marketing team. Many departments need support in their
current methods (an extra pair of hands or hands on experience). We provide in house mentoring or facilitation to help support the marketing team. We know the strains of growing an international company and the pitfalls of marketing implementation.

Stage 5. Reducing Reliance on EBTM Mentoring of Marke?ng Resources $1,900 USD/ £1,100 GBP* per day (minimum 5 days over a period of weeks or months)
• Project work discussed and figure established ie. seing up exhibi?on in Cape Town, South Africa; 7 days.
• Dealing with suppliers, forms, shipping, confirma?on. Fee $1,650USD/ £950GBP*
