your vigorous cooperation. The exhibition is getting closer. At this moment, we particularly want to

1. If you need extended working hours during build-up and teardown period, Please inform Official
Contractors - VIEWSHOP EXHIBITION & DISPLAY(SHANGHAI)CO., LTD. at onsite service booth in
the registration hall of 8m floor before 15:00 during move-in and settle the payment. Additional 50% of
the price will be charged for late request.
2. The exhibition will end at 16:00 on Jul. 5. Before that, any exhibits are not allowed to leave the
exhibition hall in advance. Please arrange your itinerary in advance! Messe Muenchen Shanghai Co.,
Ltd. will not be responsible for the loss caused by the time of move-out for the exhibitors.
3. All personnel entering the exhibition hall must wear masks, cooperate with the body
temperature check and show the Shanghai QR Code in GREEN. For specific requirements,
please refer to the "Notice for exhibitors' epidemic prevention" on page 9.
4. According to the newest regulation from National Exhibition and Convention Center
(Shanghai), every exhibitor, contractor and freight forwarder must wear the helmet on site during
move-in and move-out period at the fairground (indoor & outdoor). Meanwhile, the exhibitors
must wear the helmets as well during move-in and move-out period at open area.

5. Please pay attention that this exhibition is not open to minors.
6. *Important note: Due to the temporary traffic control in the North Square of the exhibition hall
on the morning of Jul. 1, entry trucks that plan to enter the exhibition hall on the morning of Jul. 1
should enter P9 for waiting in advance on the afternoon of June 30. According to the on-site
conditions, they should be transferred to the North Square from the evening of June 30 to the
early morning of Jul. 1 and then queue up to enter the relevant areas. For detailed procedures,
please contact the official freight forwarder.
II. Exhibitor Check in
Please take the Business cards of your company. You can get your exhibitor badges and related
materials at the check-in counter in the West Registration Hall (West 8m floor) of NECC.

Please remember your booth no. so as to cope with the corresponding exhibitor materials released
from the staff of check-in counter.

A. All companies applying for personnel badges during move in/out must first verify their real names online and then complete the application online or at the window. Documents required: The original and 2 photo copies (front and back sides) of second-generation ID cards (first-generation cards are not accepted) of the person in charge of the work from the contractor; Two photo copies of the contractor’s business license, which bear the company seal; “Real-name Authentication Form of NECC (Shanghai)” (should be filled in, signed and stamped by the responsible person of the contractor); “Safety Declaration Letter of NECC (Shanghai)” (for the use of accreditation center) (should be filled in, signed and stamped by the responsible person of the contractor). The Certification Center no longer accepts applications for accreditation in the form of a power of attorney for the exhibition of fabric removal. B. Processing: online
Organizer and NECC require raw space contractors and exhibitors who build their booths on their own to pay Hall Management Fee & General management deposit to the official contractor before move-in. The General Management Deposit receipt (e-invoice) will be sent to contractors by email before the show, provided all payments are received in full and drawings and additional information are verified. The contractors can print out the documents and came to the service counter for confirmation and stamp.

Access procedures for cargo vehicles
1. Vehicle waiting during the period of move-in and move-out
Vehicles for move-in and move-out need to go to P9 or the certificate center of North Square to process
“loading district vehicle guide permit + loading district vehicle ID card”, then enter the hall to load and
unload goods. During the period of move-in and move-out, the waiting area of P9 will be opened. All
construction vehicles will enter P9 waiting list, receive the “waiting permit” in turn, and then enter the
North Square from gate 10.

refund after badges finished. After using 90 minutes loading time (use
vehicle ID card to start swiping time when enter in the loading bay), The
overtime charge will be levied at RMB100 per vehicle per every half hour
timeout (the overtime charge for less than half an hour is also RMB 100).
Notice: “loading district vehicle guide permit “and “loading district vehicle ID
card” are in one set. For any loss or damage of the “loading district vehicle
ID card”, the deposit will not be refund, and the card should be re-applied.
All contractors who pass real-name authentication procedure and carry out above procedures should purchase contractor badges from NECC. Personnel may not engage in construction
activities without a badge.(The company name in the deposit
slip should be consistent with the one for real-name
authentication.)

Follow the command of security guard, please drive out of P9 and enter the North Square to store the
vehicle, then drive along the road in the hall to the designated unloading area as shown in the figure,
going up to the second floor by ramp 7 and down to the first floor by ramp 5, finally leaving the hall from
gate 5.

Empty Box Management of NECC 2020
In order to eliminate fire hazards and ensure the order of the venue, and further improve the service quality
during the exhibition, organizer entitles the official freight forwarder to take responsible for the management of
temporary storage materials. Exhibitors and contractors are required to follow the guide from the security of
NECC and staff from organizer. The materials will be stored in the designated yellow areas of the loading bay
arranged by the NECC. Also the official freight forwarder will charge the on-site usage fee according to the
storage area. The charging standard refers to the shipping tariff in exhibitor manual.

It is forbidden to bring air compressor into the exhibition hall. If you need to use
compressed air, you must apply to the exhibition hall through the official stand
contractor before the exhibition.
VI. Other Important Notice and Reminding
Reminding:
Be sure to look after your property carefully during the construction and the whole exhibition. Please do
not leave valuables in the exhibition hall overnight. The organizer will take no responsibility for the
loss.
Important Notice for move-out:
1. Considering safety of booth dismantling, all power supply, compressed air and water will be cut off
at 16:00 on 5 Jul. Please turn off all electrical equipment and machines and exam all facilities by
15:45 in advance.
2. Due to the traffic rush hour during move-out period (after 16:00,5 Jul.) , please arrange your truck get
into the fair ground parking area as early as possible to avoid long time queuing.

Important Notice of Fire Protection
Regarding the Electric Appliances and Circuits:
1 Fire-resistant cables and insulate casing must be used during wiring works; insulation porcelain
and plastic connectors must be used during branch circuit connections. Aerial laying must be used
when laying the wires, ground laid wires should be protected by cubes or by bridge plates.
2 All metallic structures and shells shall have a reliable grounding. Any electrical terminal switches
should be installed with 30mA leakage protectors.
3 Lighting fixtures may not be attached to flammable decorations, among other things. Heat
insulation measures must be taken when electrical appliances is close to non-flammable materials.
The safe distance between lighting fixture and flammable exhibits must be kept more than 50cm.
4 Exhibitors/contractors of raw space booths must cut off the electrical power supply before leaving
the booth during build-up/show/dismantling period. An electrical master switch must be installed.
5 Any exhibiting combustible vehicles or machines can’t be repaired or operated. Only 10% of the
gasoline can be stored inside.
6. All metallic structures and shells shall have a reliable grounding. The grounding wires shall be
fixed on electrical box. Any electrical box or cable cannot cross the public aisle.
Regarding the Construction Materials:
1 All the construction materials must conform to the fire protection regulations with relevant quality
testimonials. The flammability rank of the materials must be higher than rank B1 (difficult-flammble)
2 All the carpets paved in the booth must bear the fire prevention aptitudes. Booth construction will
be suspended if the carpets are not qualified before replacement.
3 All the wooden structures must be painted with fireproofing paitings, contractor should prepare the
fireproofing testimonials of the paintings.
4 The use of taslorn is highly prohibited. Gridding cloth should not contain any kind of taslorn fabric.
5 No combustibles can be placed in the booth, including the storage room, which must also be
painted with fireproof coating.
6 During build-up and dismantling period, the paint buckets must be recycled after use. The scrap,
liquid waste or other abandoned items should be dumped at designated place. Oil and grease waste
should be collected and disposed by a special grease waste collection container provided by the
exhibitor/contractor. It is strictly forbidden to dump in ordinary waste container. In addition, the
carpets and so on shall not be discarded after use but must be recycled by the exhibitor/contractor or
disposed of by the clearing company appointed by the exhibitor/contractor. Otherwise, MM-SH has
the right to deduct the general management deposit accordingly.
Booth ceiling should be kept open.
All the contractors and exhibitors are required to strictly follow the rules above so as to avoid any
suspension due to booth modifications or accidents. Exhibitors and contractors are responsible for
all the losses caused by inappropriate use of building materials

Notice on Exhibitors for electronica China 2020 / productronica China 2020
To provide a safe, healthy, and reliable exhibition environment, the Organizer will implement the
following regulations for all personnel entering the exhibition site. This is in accordance with the
requirements of the “Guidance of the State Council on COVID-19 joint prevention and control
mechanism on the regularization of COVID-19 prevention and control work”, and the “Guidelines for
COVID-19 prevention and control in Shanghai exhibition industry”. To protect yourself and those
around you from Covid-19, please adhere strictly by these regulations:
(1) All personnel entering the exhibition site must monitor their own health status before participating in
the exhibition. This is to ensure that:
① The person and his close contacts are free of fever, cough, fatigue, diarrhea and other
symptoms before coming to Shanghai.
② People who have been to or from key epidemic regions have completed 14 days of
quarantine and provide a nucleic acid testing report valid within 7 days before
participating in the exhibition.
③ People who have been to or from Beijing low-risk regions provide a nucleic acid testing
report valid within 7 days.
④ Before coming to Shanghai, it is necessary to make a personal health declaration and
generate the Shanghai QR Code in GREEN. This is done via the app “Sui Shen Ban”
(pinyin: Sui Shen Ban, which stands for Shanghai Public Services Online) or via the
“Health QR Code” (pinyin: Jian Kang Ma, which stands for Health QR Code) app in
AliPay. Those who do not have the Shanghai QR Code in GREEN will not allowed to enter
the exhibition site.
(2) The Organizer shall not accept people involved in the risk of epidemics and those from
high-risk epidemic regions to register for the exhibition and enter the exhibition site.
(3) All personnel (i.e. exhibitors, visitors, staff and others) entering the exhibition site must
complete their online registration before the exhibition. They will be required to register using
their true and valid ID card information and mobile phone contact number. Entry into the venue will
be based on onsite verification of their original ID card with their online registration information.
Personnel who temporarily enter China will be required to provide a nucleic acid testing report
(obtained when arrive in Shanghai) and an out of quarantine notice, at entry. They will also be
required to present their original passport / Mainland travel permit for Hong Kong and Macao
residents / Mainland travel permit for Taiwan residents and allow the Organizer to take a photo of
their passport or Mainland travel permit for record-keeping. Foreigners, Hong Kong and Macao
residents, Taiwan residents who are on long-term stay in China must apply for their Shanghai QR
Code in advance before the exhibition, and present their original passport / Mainland travel permit for
Hong Kong and Macao residents / Mainland travel permit for Taiwan residents and the Shanghai QR
Code in GREEN to enter the exhibition site.
(4) All personnel entering the exhibition site must bring their original ID card / passport / Mainland travel
permit for Hong Kong and Macao residents / Mainland travel permit for Taiwan residents. No
admission for minors.
(5) All personnel entering the exhibition site must follow the admission process of "Shanghai

QR Code in GREEN + temperature check + verification of original ID card”. Temporary
inspection points shall be set onsite. If the temperature of entry personnel reaches or exceeds
37.3 ℃, they shall cooperate with the Organizer to go to the temporary inspection points for
secondary temperature measurement. If it is confirmed that the temperature is abnormal, it is
necessary to register the information and leave for medical treatment in time. Those who present
Shanghai QR Code in Green and with normal body temperature will be allowed to scan their original
ID card to obtain their badges. They will then present their original ID card at the gate for verification
before they can enter the exhibition site.
(6) All personnel entering the exhibition site must wear masks, maintain a safe social distance of
1 meter, do not gather or crowd, and reduce physical contact throughout the exhibition.
(7) During the exhibition, exhibitors and visitors may use the rinse-free disinfectants provided by the
Organizer at the main entrances and exits of the exhibition site for disinfection.
(8) To ensure good air ventilation in all areas of the exhibition site, all the entrances and exits of the
exhibition halls will remain open during the exhibition.
(9) The number of participants will be observed and controlled for the on-site conferences.
Conference attendees must wear masks throughout these conferences, and on-site seats will
be kept at an interval of 1 meter.
(10) Please dine in the designated dining areas or restaurants. Social gathering in these areas is strictly
prohibited.
(11) All participants shall stay in hotels that meet the hygiene and sanitation standards for
epidemic prevention. Other than the exhibition site, participants should avoid visiting
densely populated public places during the show period. When going out, it is required to
wear mask, wash hands frequently, maintain social distance, and consciously abide by the
epidemic prevention regulations of the exhibition site and the local government. In case of
emergencies, the Organizer will implement additional control measures according to the regulations
of the epidemic prevention and control authorities.
(12) Exhibitors must prepare masks, disposable gloves, disinfectants, rinse-free disinfectants
and other anti-epidemic items for their own stands, and detail the list of anti-epidemic items.
(13) Exhibitors must wear masks correctly throughout the exhibition. The person in charge of
epidemic prevention shall be arranged to inspect and guide the mask wearing of staff and
visitors for this stand and the gathering of personnel in real time, when finding the mask
removal and personnel gathering, it is necessary to promptly remind and guide them.
(14) In addition to the entry procedures laid down by the Organizer, all exhibitors, stand
contractors, freight forwarders and other exhibition service personnel shall conduct the
regular training on infectious disease prevention for their staff, suppliers /service providers
to ensure that they have the necessary preventive and control knowledge and service skills
in disinfection and cleaning.
(15) Exhibitors must establish their information accounts, i.e. health records of staff, ventilation
and disinfection records of stands, exhibits and promotional materials, personnel control
records and other working accounts to daily record and strengthen work management.
Employees’ health monitoring information should also be collected and recorded daily. In

case of abnormal situation, please report to the Organizer in a timely manner. The health
status of the staff who have been to or from key epidemic regions must be verified in advance
and inform the Organizer of any abnormalities.
(16) The epidemic prevention personnel of exhibitors shall strictly implement ventilation
measures. Closed rooms are not allowed to set in the stands, and open design shall be
advocated. Exhibitors shall ensure that the discussion area is well ventilated, spacious and a
safe distance is maintained between exhibitors and visitors at all times. It is strictly forbidden
to carry out performances that draw crowd. If promotional activities are organized, the scale
of these activities should be controlled, with measures in place when there are crowd
audiences, to ensure that the booth crowds are kept at a safe distance.
(17) Exhibitors shall cooperate with the Organizer and the hall owner to do preventive disinfection and
daily disinfection work of public areas. To strictly implement the preventive disinfection and daily
disinfection work of their own stands, exhibits and promotional material, and make records of
disinfection work. Exhibitors shall promptly report to the on-site epidemic prevention and control
visitors with abnormal body temperature entering their stand.
(18) The Organizer strictly prohibits the exhibitors from carrying out performances that draw crowd. If
promotional activities are organized, the scale of these activities should be controlled, with measures
in place when there are crowd audiences, to ensure that the booth crowds are kept at a safe
distance.
(19) Exhibitors must ensure that all staff and service personnel dispatched to the exhibition site shall dine
in the designated dining areas or restaurants and stay in hotels that meet the hygiene and sanitation
standards for epidemic prevention. Other than the exhibition site, participants should avoid visiting
densely populated public places during the show period.
(20) Exhibitors shall supervise their stand contractors to implement various epidemic prevention and
control responsibilities. Stand contractors shall be urged to carry out training on the knowledge of
COVID-19 prevention and control and the skills of emergency handling for internal staff and service
personnel dispatched to the exhibition site. The health status of all staff and service personnel
dispatched to the exhibition site shall be confirmed in advance. As required by the Disease Control
Department, the personnel from high-risk epidemic regions, or with suspected symptoms and other
infectious diseases are not allowed to enter the exhibition site. Strengthen internal management and
implement daily health monitoring and registration system onsite. Summarize the health status of
staff and service personnel, if finding the risk, please isolate immediately and report to the Organizer
promptly.
(21) After the exhibition, exhibitors shall follow up the health status of the personnel during the exhibition
for 14 days. If the personnel have fever, dry cough and are diagnosed with suspected, confirmed,
and asymptomatic cases of COVID-19, the Organizer must be promptly informed so that the
Organizer can cooperate with the CDC to investigate relevant contacts as soon as possible.
These regulations will be adjusted in accordance with the update of Guidelines for COVID-19 prevention
and control issued by Shanghai government. Please pay attention at any time.
