A good elevator pitch should be:
-Good to be told in a video and in front of a person.-Natural and simple.-Clear. Avoid complex and incomprehensible terms. -You have to remember it fluently
What to say1) BOOM sentence. It have to create curiosity and attention. Usually the One Sentence Description
2) The problem: make sure everyone understand the Problem! Let the people feel that pain
3) Your solution. What concretely you have created (if it is an app say “an APP”!). The objective is to create a clear vision in the people’s head
4) Eventually the Business Model. Make it easy. Not too much details.
How to concretely do it?1) Brainstorm sentences. Raw. A lot
2) Rationalize and divide per topic
3) Create a first version of the pitch. Write it on paper
4) Try to pitch alone/team. Measure the time. Improve it
5) Pitch family/friends. Record in front of a camera. Watch it and improve.
6) Refine to make it fluent and natural
