We categorize these Medical Service Providers in three groups based on how you can access them:

Ø Frontline Provider: a Medical Service Provider whom a Resolution Insurance Member can access service by providing their Resolution Insurance Membership Card. Page 1 to 14

Ø Specialist Providers: a Medical Service Provider who is a Specialist to whom a Resolution Insurance Member can access service by providing their Resolution Insurance Membership Card. Page 15 to 27

Ø Referral Providers: a Medical Service Provider who is a Specialist and Resolution Insurance Members can only access their services once referred by a Frontline or Specialist Provider. Page 28 to 31
