How to succeed in EIAThe investor pitch is a one-on-one meeting with an investor. Based on this presentation the investors will choose the top 10 teams.

Requirements to access the Investor Pitch:• 500 proven sign-ups via landing page (deadline Day 13 at 8 PM).• All mentor validation for Day 1 - 13 (deadline Day 13 at 8 PM).

The investors will choose the top 10 teams to present at the Grand Pitch from the teams they meet at the Investor Pitch. Grand Pitch is the final presentation on the main stage in front of all the other participants, visitors, mentors and investors.

They will evaluate each team they meet with 1 - 10 based on thefollowing criteria:• Opportunity (proof of problem - solution fit) • Traction (proof of product - market fit) • Scalability (proof of business-model fit)

• Collect emails to follow-up with customers you interviewed to validate the solution.

• Search for a new problem to solve or modify your target customer.

• Use Google to research your new problem, solution, and market.

IF YOU NEED TO PIVOT:

• Analyze and summarize the results from your interviews and discuss them with your Chief Mentor.

• Identify overall patterns and trends rather than drawing conclusions based on individual comments.

• Revise the Problem, Solution and Customer Segments blocks on your Lean Canvas on the Online Platform.

• Update your Customer Canvas on the OnlinePlatform.

• Update your Customer Survey Experiment Card on the Online Platform based on your learnings.

• If your assumptions are not confirmed you will need to pivot and change direction.
