ExoroGameTM ExoroGameTM is a tool that helps to bring out the various potential of the participants. ExoroGameTM itself is a training tool that is suitable for both high school What can students and employees and can be easily customised to suit the clients training needs. The basic form of ExoroGameTM enhances skills such as ExoroGameTM teamwork, cashflow management as well as the basic company operations ofoffer? buying, marketing and selling.In general, ExoroGameTM can be utilised to teach:Team Communication The simulation will be conducted in a way to maximize team communication. Each team member will be given instructions specific only to their respective roles, and it becomes crucial to piece information from all 3 roles together. A swap in roles mid-way of the simulation will give each participant a different perspective and experience of team dynamics. Leadership The leadership assessment in ExoroGameTM will be based on the Ken Blanchards Situational Leadership model. At the end of the simulation, participants will appraise themselves as well as their teammates, and be positioned into one of the four quadrants for each role assumed during the simulation. Decision Making In the simulation, each participant in the team will be separated during the Company Meeting phase to pen down their proposed decisions for the upcoming quarter(s) independent of their teammates. The simulation will be periodically interjected by the facilitator to analyze and discuss various decisions made by each individual in the team.Above: Ken Blanchards Situational Leadership model Teamwork This simulation is usually coupled with decision making. Everyone in the team will consolidate their proposals and make decisions as a company effort. This will also help identify individuals who are more assertive and influential or team players who are more receptive and compromising to agree on the most rationale decisions. 4.
