STAY SAFE & STAY WELLPROTOCOLS TO KEEP YOU SAFE

LOBBY & PUBLIC SPACESGuests will receive a contactless temperature screening upon arrival. Masks are required to be worn in all public areas and when physical distancing cannot be maintained. We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting with EPA-registered chemicals, proven effective in preventing the transmission of COVID-19, with special attention given to high-touch points. Public areas have been rearranged to facilitate physical distancing, hand sanitizer stations have been placed in high traffic areas, floor decals and signage will guide guests to practice physical distancing and our elevator capacity limit has been revised.

DININGWe’ll curate a safe, exceptional dining experience you can enjoy with confidence. Our restaurant seating has been rearranged to allow space for physical distancing. All of our restaurant colleagues will wear masks and hand sanitizer will be offered to guests upon arrival, scannable QR code menus or single use menus will be provided. Cleaning and disinfecting all touchpoints on tables between diners is a top priority. In Room Dining is closed until further notice. However, menu items from Q Restaurant (breakfast) or Veranda (lunch/dinner) are available to go or takeaway options. GUEST ROOMSOur dedicated housekeeping team has gone through hands-on extensive training focused on the disinfection of all guest room touchpoints. Additional amenities, including mini bar items, pens & stationery, and alarm clock, are available upon request by calling Royal Service. Each item is thoroughly disinfected in between each use. As an additional precautionary measure, the soft goods from your room (pillows, duvet, etc.) were rested for a minimum of 48 hours prior to donning fresh linens for your arrival. Housekeeping service will be performed while you are out of your room each day of your stay, unless guests have a Do Not Disturb sign on the door.

POOL & HEALTH CLUBWe invite guests to enjoy our indoor swimming pool and fitness facility while physical distancing protocols. We have repositioned the placement of chairs and revised occupancy limits. Our belldesk team issues keys to access the pool and fitness centre to monitor volume and we communicate all protocols through proper signage.

MEETINGS & EVENTSOur Sales & Conference Service and Events teams will collaborate with planners to reimagine special events, meetings and team building options at Canada’s Castle on the Coast. All rooms are set up with proper physical distancing protocols, food & beverage options will be offered in individual servings or attendants will assist to minimize contact. Hand sanitizer stations will be featured in key areas and colleagues servicing events will wear masks. Heightened cleanliness standards will be enforced, as our team will disinfect all touchpoints between events.

WILLOW STREAM SPASelect services and treatments will be offered at our Willow Stream Spa to facilitate the relaxation you need while allowing physical distancing between guests. We’ll stagger appointment times to reduce potential contact between guests, revise occupancy limits and spa employees will wear masks. We’ve increased our already high standards and frequency of cleaning and disinfecting and will additionally provide guests with personal disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer.

Our new operational standards have been developed and validated by a team of expert advisors to ensure maximum efficacy in preventing the spread of all viruses and pathogens, including COVID-19, with oversight by Bureau Veritas, a world leader in testing, inspections and certification; Dr. Amesh Adalja, Senior Scholar at the Johns Hopkins University Center for Health Security & fellow with the Infectious Diseases Society of America, and Ruth Petran, Ph.D., CFS, Senior Corporate Scientist, Food Safety and Public Health, for Ecolab, global leaders in cleaning and hygiene, and trusted advisors to the CDC.
