Greetings from the Administrator

Happy New Year As I write this we are nearing the end of January. The sun is trying to shine which is a welcome sight after many gray days! It is remarkable the effect sunshine can have on our souls.

December was a month filled with fun and entertainment. We were blessed with many visitors and groups caroling and spreading Christmas cheer! The holidays can be lonely and the spirit and cheer shared was greatly appreciated! In this issue you will find several photos of wonderful entertainment and special moments enjoyed by all.

The days are getting longer and we are looking forward to spring and some warmer weather. We are lucky to have an abundance of wildlife on our property. We have a great time watching deer, rabbits, fox, kitties (“Sis” and “Lena”), the naughty squirrels, and many beautiful birds like Cardinals and Blue Jays. We are surrounded by the beauty of nature which makes the gray days of winter much better!

We are also extremely fortunate for the financial gifts given in honor or in memory of loved ones. We appreciate each note and generous donation! We are hoping to begin looking for a new bus in the future. Stop in for a cup of coffee, give us a call, or drop us a note- we love to hear from you.
