Spring Creek Ranch manages the delicious Rising Sage Café in the National Museum of Wildlife Art. Try their fish tacos overlooking the Elk Refuge and Sleeping Indian! *Lunch served daily from 11-3pm
Rocky Mountain Elk are a common resident of Spring Creek Ranch and seem to be spotted most often along the steep road climbing up the butte. Thousands of elk can be seen during winter months from the ridgeline of the butte as the Spring Creek property sits directly adjacent to the National Elk Refuge; which hosts the largest population of elk in the world! During the Fall, many elk use Spring
Creek Ranch as a migratory corridor as they make their way to other winter refuges around Jackson. Have you seen Earnest on property? Take a photo and email it to our concierge for a chance to have it featured in the next newsletter! Email photo entries to [email protected]
