We have over the last few years built our businesses “brick by brick” and it gives us immense pride & satisfaction to

EPC business and with an extremely healthy order book we are poised for another great year of performance. We

believe that this business will grow from strength to strength.

In our solar business, we have been working on product & market strategies with a view to give us better penetration

& growth. With the recently launched HESS (Hybrid Energy storage system), renewed focus on channel sales for

capturing roof top market, we are confident to gain a position of dominance.

Our Powergen business continues to provide stability as a result of our continued customer focus approach. We

continue to retain our market leadership and grow this business. Our after-market business & forays into solar O&M

are beginning to yield positive impact and will be an area of interest for us as we consolidate our business.

Jakson Diesel Gensets will provide the requisite power back-up for

uninterrupted operations of Guwahati Airport, the largest airport in

North Eastern part of India. Scope of work for the project includes

complete SITC of 6 nos of 2000 KVA DG sets. The project has been

awarded to Jakson by Shapoorji Pallonji Group.

JAKSON DG SETS TO PROVIDE POWER BACK-UP FOR GUWAHATI AIRPORT

Jakson has bagged orders for supply of its gensets for two

upcoming stadium complexes in Thoubal district of Manipur.

Jakson gensets will provide the necessary power back-up for these

stadiums being built for football and hockey. The order was bagged

beating tough competition from other genset players.

Jakson continues to retain its dominance in the pharma segment

with yet another project win from Zydus Healthcare, one of India's

leading pharmaceutical companies. The ordered gensets will be

used by the client for its power back-up requirements of its plant in

Sikkim.

Birla Corporation, a leading cement manufacturer of India with

installed capacity of 5.58 MTPA and presence across multiple

states in India has placed orders for Jakson DG sets. The gensets

will be placed at its upcoming green field integrated cement plant in

Mukutban, Maharastra. This is another prestigious project win in

the manufacturing sector.

SIFY HYDERABAD PARTNERS JAKSON FOR ITS NEW DELIVERY CENTER

Sify has partnered Jakson to provide power back-up solutions for

its upcoming global delivery center being set up in the tech city of

Hyderabad. The new center is one of Sify's largest delivery centers

in the country. The scope of work for this project includes complete

supply, installation, testing and commissioning of three High Horse

Power 2250 KVA DG sets in the facility.

Jakson has bagged an order to supply diesel gensets of multiple

ratings for an upcoming data center in Vijaywada, being set up by

HCL Technologies and US-based State Street Corporation. Data

centers are important nerve centers of communication networks

and need uninterrupted power for their functioning. Scope of work

for the project includes complete SITC of gensets including

electrical panels.

POWER BACKUP SOLUTION FOR ATS INFRASTRUCTURE

ATS Infrastructure, a leading real estate player in North India has

placed orders for Jakson DG sets for its upcoming residential project

in Noida. Scope of work for the project includes complete supply,

installation, testing and commissioning of gensets at the project site.

ISGEC HEAVY ENGINEERING PLACES MULTIPLE GENSET ORDER

ISGEC Heavy Engineering, a multi-product and services company has

placed orders of Jakson DG sets for several of its projects across the

country. These include genset orders for its projects in Assam

Petrochemicals, NTPC and Kalinga port.

EXPRESS CORPORATE PARK NOIDA RETAINS ITS TRUST IN JAKSON

Express Corporate Park placed a repeat order of Jakson DG sets for

its state-of-the art facility situated in Film City Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

The order includes replacement of existing Jakson DG sets at the

facility with new DG sets to provide power back-up services to the

building. Scope of work includes end-to-end supply and

commissioning of diesel gensets at project site.

5 MW SOLAR POWER PLANT COMMISSIONED IN SITAPUR, UTTAR PRADESH

Jakson successfully commissioned a 5 MW solar power plant in Kanduni

Village, Sitapur District, Uttar Pradesh. The project was awarded to

Jakson by Pinnacle Renewable Energy Private Limited. Scope of work for

the project included turnkey EPC services for a 6MWp DC/5MW AC solar

plant including laying of 2 kilometres of 33KV transmission line and all

related statutory approvals. 19360 Nos of 310 Wp polycrystalline PV

modules manufactured by Jakson have been installed at the plant spread

over an area of 30 acres. The Plant achieved COD within 45 days from

date of commencement

Jakson has been recognized with a special award by Bihar State Power Holding Company for the

successful completion of electrical distribution network in Jhanjarpur Division of Darbhanga Circle (Bihar)

in mission mode. Scope of work for the project included complete overhaul of the existing 33KV & 11 KV

HT & LT electrical feeder/lines in Darbhanga Circle of Bihar.

Hon'ble Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar, Shri Sushil Kumar Modi presented the award to Jakson at a

ceremony attended by Hon'ble Chief Minister of Bihar, Shri Nitish Kumar, Hon'ble Energy Minister of Bihar,

Shri. Bijendra Prasad Yadav, Hon'ble CMD, BSPHCL, Shri. Pratayay Amrit, MD, NBPDCL, Shri. Sandeep

Kumar R. Pudakalkatti, MD, SBPDCL, Shri. Sanjeevan Sinha and dignitaries. Mr Praveen Pai, COO-

Electrical & Solar EPC received the award on behalf of Jakson.

The event also marked the foundation stone laying ceremony of another large scale electrical project in

Bihar awarded to Jakson in Bhagalpur District under Deen Dayal Upadhyay Gram Jyoti Yojana.

The foundation stone of this project was inaugurated remotely by Hon'ble Chief Minister of Bihar,

Shri Nitish Kumar.

JAKSON WINS AIMS, FARIDABAD BUILDING ELECTRIFICATION PROJECT

Jakson has won a prestigious building electrification project for an

upcoming 2000 bed multi-speciality hospital – The Amrita Institute of

Medical Sciences & Research Centre in Faridabad (AIMS). The state-of-

the-art healthcare facility once completed will be one of the largest

hospitals in India. Jakson will execute all HT works related to transformer

installations, panels and cabling works for this project.

Earth Mat works at 13 stations in the Mumbai metro train network has

been successfully completed in Mumbai. These related works are part of

the Mumbai Metro Rail E&M project won by Jakson across 17 stations

and one rolling stock depot at Charkop in Mumbai. The earth map works

were carried before the onset of monsoon season in the city to ensure

work was not delayed project is executed on time.

WORK COMMENCES AT MUMBAI METRO E&M PROJECT SITES

Jakson in association with its Channel Partner, Jay Engineering

recently executed a 200 KW rooftop solar project in Naturagreen

Foods Products Pvt Ltd, a food processing facility, located in

Chandausi, Uttar Pradesh. The solar plant will primarily be used for

lighting requirements as well as running small machinery and

result in substantial savings in electricity costs for the company.

Jakson has recently installed a 100 KW rooftop solar plant at

Himalayan University, Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh. Since

university buildings typically have large empty rooftops, it provided

an ideal location to set up the rooftop plant. The execution is done in

association with its channel partner Free Power Technologies,

Guwahati. Installed under APEDA subsidy scheme, the plant will

provide enough power to run day to day operations of the university

while cutting down on electricity costs as well.

100 KW SOLAR PLANT AT HIMALAYAN UNIVERSITY, ARUNACHAL PRADESH

SOLAR PLANT AT A COLD STORAGE IN JAIPUR

Jakson supplied its 325Wp polycrystalline solar modules for

installation of a 100 KW rooftop solar plant at Gulab Udyog, a cold

storage facility, located in Jaipur. The execution was done in

association with its Channel Partner, DSR International. Jakson's

solar modules were preferred over competition for its high

efficiency, excellent PID characteristics and robust built quality.

JAKSON EXECUTES FIRST NET-METERING PROJECT OF ASSAM

Jakson in association with its channel partner Free Power

Technologies, Guwahati, executed an 80 KW grid-tied rooftop solar

plant with net metering facility, a first of its kind in the state of

Assam. The plant has been put up in two parts of 30 KW and 50 KW

each on the empty rooftops of Shankar Netralaya, a prestigious eye

hospital in Guwahati.

Battery House installed a 55 KW rooftop solar plant at Mela Ram

Hospital, Bhatinda. Solar energy from the plant will primarily be

used for lighting appliances and cut down electricity costs.

Jakson in association with its Channel Partner, Jay Engineering

recently executed a 100 KW solar plant at Champion Research and

Breeding Farms located in Jind, Haryana. The grid-connected plant

will power different poultry farming equipment like feed-mixers,

warmers, ventilation equipment, etc., apart from the basic lighting

requirements of the facility.

mounting structures for a prestigious land-based solar project in

UP. In addition, the module mounting structures will feature

Occasion of International Labours Day we decided

to recognize & celebrate the determination & hard

work of our workers who play a big role in our

organization's progress.

An event was organized for workers at Greater

Noida Plant & Corporate Office, which included fun

activities and games like Musical Chair, Sack Race,

Tug of War, etc., followed by prize distribution and

refreshments. The event saw enthusiastic

participation from everyone with many singing

songs and showing their talent.

Labour Day is a reminder for us that they are the real

architects of our society, that they deserve their due

respect.

Personal Interaction & participation is a great way to

celebrate any occasion and if it is as special as

Boss's Day, the event is certainly worth a big

celebration. As it not only pleases the boss but also

and involved the entire office and revelled in the fun

and bonding that follow. The bosses were seen

Leading with our aim to improve employees' health and

wellbeing, we celebrated International Yoga Day 2019 to

introduce our employees to Yoga as a means to relax, unwind

and de-stress in our daily lives.

Focussing on the fact that employees may have been sitting

at a desk for eight hours straight or have just come out of an

exhausting meeting, we combined different types of yoga

and adapted some traditional exercises to the office

environment like chair yoga (modified yoga asana for

corporates), sound meditation, etc. We also taught

Pranayama breathing, an important part of Hatha Yoga and it

complements the set of physical exercises perfectly.

working actively in relief & rehabilitation

works in Cyclone Fani affected regions

of Odisha. Jakson regional office in

Kolkata also organized a donation

camp at Nuasantha Village in Puri

District wherein various materials of

daily use like mosquito net, bed sheets,

t o r c h a n d s a n i t a r y p a d s w e r e

distributed to villagers affected by the

cyclone. As part of its CSR program,

Jakson has been actively contributing

food items like rice, pulses and other

food items for Fani relief operations in

Odisha through its partner NGOs.

'EDUCATE A MOTHER, SAVE A GIRL CHILD' INITIATIVE

On the occasion of Mother's Day,

Jakson Group organised an education

camp - "Educate a Mother, Save a Girl

Child". The camp was conducted in

association with Laadli Foundation

with the theme "Saheli" indicating a

mother is a child's best friend. The

programme focussed on safety &

security, protection against abuse,

v io lence, personal & menstrual

hygiene, prevention from diseases

amongst others. It also focussed on

how mother-daughter relationships

can be strengthened to avoid abuse &

exploitation of young girls along with

redressal measures.
