MANUFACTURING PROCESS

Step 1: Loader

The raw material consist of

• ukraine clay and other materials

Step 2: Weighing Hopper

It helps in mixing the raw

material with water in apredefined proportion

Step 3: Ball Mill

Step 4: De-Ironing

• The mixture is separated from the water content.

• After de-ironing process the mixture is dried to powder

Step 5: Sacme Press Machine

Step 6: Layer Horizontal Dryer

Step 7: Glaze Slide

• The tile goes to the glaze slide where it is decorated to add beauty and natural look to tiles with soluble salt and combination of many chemicals.

Step 8: Roller Kiln (Firing process)

Step 9: Polishing Machine

• Mirror-like finish

• Cut into various sizes to give out a standard/ uniform size of tiles.

• After this wax is applied to the tile to make it stain resistant.

Step 10: Cutting Machine

Packaging

• Finally the tile is transferred to quality control check and then packed into boxes
