Our specialists work with all conventional CAD and CAM data formats on the basis of the Cimatron program and provide support for you throughout the entire process – from the idea and the production of prototypes and test samples to the production of tools and plastic components. Motor data, circuit diagrams or function descriptions provide the basis for our Electrical Development Department which works with the E3-Series program.We supply you with professional system solutions in a modern, innovative design based on plastic components combined with electrical components.

We assemble and produce top quality, Made in Germany components for our customers which are ready for installation and sale, including final testing. We manufacture contactor coils with a wire thickness of 0.05 to 1 mm with fully automatic soldering and testing on fully integrated 4 and 6-spindle automatic winding machines.On request we will assemble rubber cables, PVC cables and flexible leads on fully automatic cutting and fitting machines.

We work for customers from a wide range of sectors such as machine manufacturing, the electrical industry, water treatment, building management systems, medical equipment, etc.

We can produce even extremely complicated specific injection molded parts with a weight of up to 1300 g on more than 30 multi-processor-controlled injection molding systems ranging from 250 to 4200 kN. We can process all conventional technical thermoplastics and color them to suit your wishes. Generally we make the requisite tools and equipment in our own tool-making department. This guarantees that you are supplied with top quality, true-to-size components – and a short lead time.

We work with you to create competitive, low cost solutions both for injection molding and for electrical and electronics production.
