Dan RyanIn his role as Principal at Ryan Search & Consulting, Dan provides Retained Executive Search, Leadership Consulting and Recruitment Outsourcing (RO) work for his clients. His career includes 14 years of experience in Quality, Total Quality, Process Improvement and Operations Management in the manufacturing world. Dan also spent 12 years as a senior-level HR leader prior to entering the Search & Consulting world.

Dan has earned a MEd. from Peabody College of Vanderbilt University, an MBA from Tennessee State University, and a BS in Engineering Physics from Murray State University. He is currently an adjunct faculty member for Peabody College of Vanderbilt University and has also taught at Belmont University.

Dan is a board member for STEM initiatives such as ACE Mentor of Nashville, the Middle Tennessee Workforce Advisory Board, and the advisory board for a GK-12 project funded by the National Science Foundation. He is the past president of Franklin Tomorrow and the Franklin Breakfast Rotary Club.

• Michele Christy– Michele joined Ryan Search & Consulting as the Search Manager. After moving to

Nashville from Indiana, Michele studied Commercial Music and Music Business at Belmont University. Prior to joining Ryan Search and Consulting, she served as a Retained Executive Recruiter with The Human Capital Group, Inc., where she managed a search team and developed their search process.

• Marianne Blackwell– Marianne joined Ryan Search & Consulting as a Senior Consultant. She is responsible

for client interaction as well as researching candidates and identifying those who best meet our client's needs. Marianne has a well-deserved reputation as a results-oriented and versatile professional from her former role as Director of Recruitment at Vanderbilt Medical Center. She has implemented innovative recruitment and retention strategies in both the non-profit and for-profit healthcare sectors. Marianne is a graduate of the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt and she is also a graduate of Rhodes College in Memphis.

• Sarah Kennedy Munsell– Sarah Kennedy Munsell joined Ryan Search & Consulting in April, 2012 as a Consultant.

She is responsible for identifying and researching candidates that meets our client's needs. Prior to joining Ryan Search & Consulting, she worked as a marketing director in Dave Ramsey's organization. Sarah moved to Nashville from Texas to study at Belmont University where she received a Bachelor of Music in classical voice performance. She continued her studies at the University of Tennessee and received a Master of Music.

• Kevin Weimer– Kevin Weimer is an executive with broad based experience in the media and technology

markets. In addition to his work as a Consultant with Ryan Search & Consulting he is the owner and manager of WorshipStream, a service company that helps churches and other organizations stream their events online. Through the various leadership roles Kevin has filled over the last 15 years, he has come to understand the high value of finding the right people for the right positions at the right time. Kevin graduated with honors from Belmont University with a degree in Finance. He earned his MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University where he was a Fuqua Scholar. He currently serves on the board of the Gospel Music Association.
