Be careful with epoxies. Most epoxies on the market are not designed for use in swimming pools and will fail after a few years as does Chlorinated Rubber, also called “Pool Paint”. Recoating is straightforward after a decade or so. This is unlike fibreglass, Marblesheen, Pebblecrete or any of the newer mineral finishes. They all require skilled workman to undertake the repairs and often at great cost to you.
