Bloomfield Baptist Family:

I will faithfully participate with this Church in worship,

prayer, Bible study, fellowship, service, giving, and the or-

dinances of baptism and the Lord’s Supper. I will serve

the other members of this body in love by praying for

them, helping them in sickness and distress, promoting

their spiritual growth, protecting them from sin, and en-

couraging them to love and to good deeds. I will flee gos-

sip and divisive words, knowing that they dishonor God

and destroy Christian fellowship. (A section from the Mem-

bership Covenant of Bloomfield Baptist Church)

As members of this church body, we share a commitment

to “faithfully participate with this Church”. That participa-

tion includes praying for one another, encouraging one

another and gathering together to fellowship with one an-

other.

I want to invite you to gather with our church family for our

Members Meeting and Chili Fellowship at 6:00pm on

Sunday, January 31st.

During our Members Meeting we will address membership

(additions, letter requests and removals), pray for our

church and hear about 2016 Mission Trip opportunities. I

hope that every member of our church will take this oppor-

tunity to come and gather with our church family to be en-

couraged about the work the Lord is doing at Bloomfield

Baptist Church.

Reaching Bloomfield with You, Pastor Richard
