Metrics

– Defining what will be measured over the year (Setting expectations)
– Identifying measures to anchor accountabilities
– Communicating results

What do we measure?
Our dashboard of metrics include the following measures to see the big picture
• Engagement: Followers, In Mail acceptance, views
• Branding: Reach, Number of employees, shares
• ROI: #Hires, CPH, #applications, #searches, #InMails
We introduced new metrics to evaluate our social recruitment strategy. Hires were not the only measure of success.
