I invite you to join the St. Gregory the Great Parish Choir pilgrimage on an exciting 11-day journey to the “Heart of France”. We willembark on this trip through Geneva and France including Annecy, Lyon, Vichy, Chartres, Mont-St.-Michel, Normandy LandingBeaches, Lisieux and Paris. We will perform and sing for Masses at St. Louis Church in Vichy, Notre Dame Cathedral in Chartres, theAbbey of Mont-St.-Michel, the Shrine of St. Thérèse in Lisieux, and a concert presentation at the Madeleine Church in Paris. Ourmusical spiritual journey includes visits to Lake Annecy, Notre Dame de Fourviere in Lyon, and the magnificent Notre Dame Basilicaof Chartres. Discover the beautiful monastery of Mont-St.-Michel. Explore the coast of Normandy and the Landing Beaches, includingthe American Cemetery at Colleville-sur-Mer. Continue on to visit the little town of Lisieux, the home of St. Thérèse of the Child Jesus.Our journey ends in Paris, visiting Notre Dame, flamboyant Sainte Chapelle and the Artis colony of Montmarte. We also will take anexcursion to visit Chateau Versailles. Join us as we discover the beauty and wonders of France, while deepening our faith and thebonds of charity with each other. Day 1 March 23, Thursday: Depart for GenevaDepart Chicago O’Hare International Airport on our overseas journey when theSwissair jet lifts into the evening sky for our overnight flight to Geneva, via Zurich.Complimentary meals and beverages will be served aloft. (D,B,L)

Day 2March 24, Friday: Arrive/Geneva |AnnecyArrive at Geneva International Airport, proceed through Passport Control, claimour luggage and a Peter’s Way Tours tour manager will meet us upon our exitfrom Customs. Board our comfortable motor coach and we will be on our wayto a panoramic tour of Geneva. Geneva is a cosmopolitan city located on thesouthwestern shore of Lake Geneva in a relaxed and graceful atmosphere. Ourorientation tour of Geneva includes the breathtaking panoramic lakefront andJet d'Eau, a tall stream of water gushing from the lake, and unique landmark ofthis city. Continue to the village of Annecy magnificently situated on LakeAnnecy, also known as the Blue Lake, in the heart of the Savoy Alps. Check-inat hotel. Dinner and overnight at hotel in Annecy. (D)

Day 3 March 25, Saturday: Annecy|Lyon|VichyBuffet breakfast at hotel. This morning, we will have an orientation tour ofAnnecy. St. Francis de Sales and St. Jane Frances de Chantal founded theCongregation of the Visitation at Annecy in 1610. Relics of these saints are inthe Basilica of the Visitation at Annecy. After our visit we leave Annecy to thecity of Lyon to visit Basilique Notre-Dame de Fourvière, which sits high atopthe Fourvière Hill in Lyon. It was built between 1872 and 1876 in the typicalBaroque style of the period and offers a magnificent view over the city. Like theBasilique Sacré-Coeur in Paris, Lyon’s basilica was built to underline the mightof the Roman Catholic Church after the Prussian defeat of France in 1870 gaverise to the birth of the anticlerical Third Republic. Both basilicas also have incommon a Byzantine style and hilltop site. The Basilica was built on an ancientRoman forum by the architect Pierre Bossan. Erected next to the existing Chapelof the Vierge, the basilica was constructed between 1872 and 1876. Inside, it wasrichly decorated to demonstrate the Church’s wealth and power (although inreality, it had only the former). Visit the upper and lower Basilica. (informal 15minute recital) Independent lunch. After lunch, we leave Lyon to Vichy for hotelcheck-in. Dinner and overnight at hotel in Vichy. (B,D)

Day 4 March 26, Sunday: Vichy | ChartresBuffet breakfast at hotel. This morning Celebrate Sunday Mass at St. LouisChurch in Vichy, sung by St. Gregory the Great Parish Choir. Independentlunch. After lunch, we continue our journey to Chartres. The Cathedral spiresof Chartres can be seen from miles away, it rises out of the wheat fields of theBeauce Plains. Upon arrival, we check-in at hotel in Chartres. Dinner and overnight at hotel in Chartres. (B,D)

Day 5 March 27, Monday: Chartres | Mont-St.-MichelBuffet breakfast at hotel. This morning we tour Chartres Cathedral, the jewel inthe crown of medieval churches in Europe and a testimony in stone to thereligious fervor of the Middle Ages. Chartres Cathedral boasts an unrivaled ex-panse of sculpture, as well as one of Europe’s most impressive collections ofstained-glass windows. The Cathedral of Our Lady of Chartres houses the SanctaCamisia, a tunic that we believe belonged to the Blessed Virgin Mary.Lunchtime recital at the Cathedral in Chartres presented by St. Gregory theGreat Parish Choir. Independent lunch. We leave Chartres to the Country’snorthwestern coast, at the mouth of the Couesnon River near Avranches. Youwill approach this tiny island by a causeway built in 1877, and enter the medievalvillage of 250 inhabitants by three massive stone gates. Check-in at hotel inMont-St.-Michel. Dinner and overnight at hotel in Mont-St.-Michel. (B,D)

Day 6 March 28, Tuesday: Mont-St.-Michel | LandingBeachesBuffet breakfast at hotel. This morning, we visit the beautiful monastery ofMont-St-Michel. Surrounded by the sea and soaring proudly above glisteningsands, the silhouette of Mont-St-Michel is one of the most enchanting sights inall of France. The great Benedictine Abbey Fortress that crowns this mass ofgranite was begun in 1017. A monastery built on three levels was added to thechurch‘s north side in the early 13th century. Recital at St. Peter’s Churchpresented by St. Gregory the Great Parish Choir. Independent lunch. Afterlunch, we leave Mont-St.-Michel and drive to Landing Beaches. On June 6, 1944

tens of thousands of American, English, Canadian, Scots and French soldierslanded on the beaches of the Normandy coast to free France from the Nazistronghold. Thousands of young soldiers died that first day in the name ofliberty, a value that portrays the greatness of mankind. The coast of Normandystill has the indelible scars of that event. Start this visit by a stop at Benouville'sbridge, most known as Pegasus Bridge. You'll then go to Arromanches whereyou can see the maritime vestiges of what made the greatest artificial port evercreated. All the armored vehicles, trucks, supplies and men came into Francethrough this port. You'll then discover Omaha Beach, the most famous of theNormandy landing beaches. Finally, as a duty to remember, you can go to theAmerican cemetery at Colleville-sur-Mer where these young soldiers areburied. Time will be given for prayer and reflection. Dinner and overnight at hotel near the beach. (B,D)

Day 7March 29, Wednesday: Lisieux | ParisBuffet breakfast at hotel. We begin our day with a visit to the little town ofLisieux, the home of St. Thérèse of the Child Jesus. We will visit “Les Buison-nets”, the humble dwelling of this modern-day saint until she entered the CarmelConvent at the tender age of 15. Here lies the body of the “Little Flower” whodied at only 24. We will also visit the astonishing Basilica of St. Thérèse, theCrypt, plus the 13th Century Gothic Norman Cathedral of St. Peter. Informalrecital, prayer and reflection at the Shrine. Independent lunch. This afternoon,we continue to Paris, the “City of Lights,” for hotel check-in. Dinner and overnight at hotel in Paris. (B,D)

Day 8 March 30, Thursday: Highlight Tour of Paris &Montmartre Buffet breakfast at hotel. This afternoon, our guide will bring alive theremarkable sights of this magnificent and Romantic city on the River Seine: theEiffel Tower, Champs Elysées, Arc de Triômphe, Tomb of Napoleon, Place de laConcorde, the Opéra the Bastille Square and the Place des Vosges, the oldestsquare in Paris and one of the most beautiful squares in the world. Continue toSacré Coeur Basilica for a visit. Celebrate Mass at Sacré Coeur Basilica sung bySt. Gregory the Great Parish Choir. Independent lunch and time will be givento browse around in this fascinating artist square. Independent dinner. Overnight at hotel in Paris. (B)

Day 9 March 31, Friday: Rue de Bac | St. Vincent de Paul |Notre Dame Cathedral | Sainte Chapelle |Concert at theChurch of the Madeleine | Cruise on the Seine Buffet breakfast at hotel. Begin our day with a visit to the Rue de Bac, Shrine ofthe Miraculous Medal. This is where our Blessed Mother appeared to St. Cather-ine Labouré in 1830. “O Mary Conceived without Sin, Pray for us who have re-course to Thee”. Continue to visit the nearby Shrine of St. Vincent DePaul wherethe saintly remains are preserved and venerated. Next, we continue to Ile de laCité, where you will visit the magnificent cathedral, Notre-Dame-de-Paris. Itsmassive flying buttresses, famous towers, and elegant rose windows will takeyour breath away. Continue to the nearby Sainte Chapelle, a masterpiece offlamboyant Gothic architecture built by Saint Louis in the heart of the Palais dela Cité on the Ile de la Cité in Paris. Discover its unique stained glass windowsrendering the air iridescent with light and color, symbols of the HeavenlyJerusalem. Independent lunch. Return to hotel to freshen-up.2:30pm - Transfer to the Church of La Madeleine.3:00pm - Rehearsal 4:00pm - Concert by St. Gregory the Great Parish Choir. Independent Dinner. This evening enjoy a special cruise on the Seine to see history spanning 1000years while passing 25 bridges and the main illuminated monuments of Paris.Overnight at hotel in Paris. (B)

Day 10 April 1, Saturday: Chateau Versailles| FarewellDinnerBuffet breakfast at hotel. This morning, we leave Paris on our short excursion tovisit the chateau of Versailles, the most famous and majestic of all Frenchchateaux. Discover the great apartments, the hall of Mirrors, the king's room, thequeen's room, the apartments of the ladies and the park (excluding temporaryexhibitions). The chateau and its domain were built for the glory of the Frenchmonarchy. In 1623, King Louis XIII bought the land of the actual chateau. At thattime, there were only fields and a windmill there. The king, a great lover of thehunt, built a hunting lodge on the site of the mill. Later, he would haveFrench-style gardens planted, "à la française". It was only in 1660 with Louisshown off to its advantage when he decided to plant extensive gardens. It wasonly at the end of the 17th century that the chateau took on the appearance thatwe know today. Independent lunch and afternoon at leisure in Paris. Perhapsvisit the Louvre Museum on your own. Farewell dinner at a restaurant in Paris. Overnight at hotel in Paris. (B,D)

PAYMENT:Deposits and insurance payments will be accepted in the form of check,money order or credit card. The package pricing reflects a discount of $100.00 perperson for payments made entirely by personal check, money order or certifiedbank check. The package price is $100 higher if paid by credit card. Peter’s WayTours reserves the right to increase package price or reduce services accordinglyshould there be an escalation in the Euro valuation over the U.S. Dollar in excess of3% from print date. If final payment is not received by the balance deadline, Peter’sWay Tours reserves the right to cancel your reservation. If for any reason paymentis received within 21 days of departure, a charge for express mailing of finaldocuments will apply. A $50.00 late payment fee and possible increase in airfaremay apply for late payments. Personal checks will not be accepted within 30 daysof departure. Pleasecontact our office for specific details.LAND ONLY PASSENGERS: Land Only packages do not include any portionof the group airfare. A passengerchoosing the Land Only portion of the package ($2,600.00 per person sharing atwin room) must notify Peter’s Way Tours, in writing, at least 100 days prior todeparture or a penalty fee will be assessed. Please contact our office for information.TRANSFERS AND PORTERAGE: Round-trip airport transfers are included forpassengers who purchase the full air and land package. Porterage of one piece ofluggage throughout your tour at hotels is also included. ACCOMMODATIONS/SINGLE TRAVELERS: Price per person is based on twopersons sharing twin bedded rooms with in hotels throughout your tour. Doublebedded rooms for married couples are subject to availability and must berequested. Triple rooms may be available for family or friends traveling together.We discourage triple room accommodations because they are normally notspacious and there is no discount for triple occupancy. Triple rooms usually areregular twin or double bedded rooms with a rollaway bed added. Single roomsare limited but may be requested at time of booking for an additional charge of$750.00. While single rooms provide privacy, they are often smaller than twinbedded rooms and may be located away from the group in some hotels. We willmake every effort (if you so desire) to match you with a same gender roommatewhen we receive your application, but we do not guarantee a roommate can bematched. If a single room must be assigned due to your roommate's cancellation,incompatibility or for any other reason (even at the last moment or while on tour),

we must charge you the tour's single supplement or pro-rated amount.

MEALS: Buffet breakfast daily, plus seven dinners including a farewell dinnerat a restaurant in Paris. Beverages (coffee, tea, mineral water) are not included atset menu dinners.

GRATUITIES & SERVICE CHARGES: Gratuities are not included in your tourpackage. Although voluntary, gratuities are a supplemental income that the serviceindustry relies on. For good work, we recommend 4,00 Euro per person per day foryour tour manager; 2,00 Euro per person per day for your bus driver; 1,50 Euro perperson for a local guide when applicable. Tips for your tour manager and bus driverare normally given as a group at the end of the tour. Other gratuities are usuallyhandled individually. All service charges and local taxes as imposed by hotels are in-cluded in the program rate. Although service charges at the hotels are included, it iscustomary to leave 1,00 Euro per person for your waiter following dinner at the hoteland 1,00 Euro per person per day for the maid or housekeeper.

TRAVELER HEALTH ADVISORY: All passengers must ensure that they aremedically and physically fit for travel and that such traveling will not endangerthemselves or others as our pilgrimages entail a lot of walking, which may involvestairs, hills, cobblestone roads and uneven pavement. Additionally, most motorcoaches are not equipped with wheelchair ramps. It is each passenger’sresponsibility to be aware of his or her limits with regard to travel and groupactivities. Any person with a disability requiring special attention must advisePeter’s Way Tours of the situation at time of enrollment. A qualified companionmust accompany any passenger requiring special assistance. Peter’s Way Tourswill make reasonable attempts to accommodate disabled passengers with specialneeds, but shall not be held responsible in the event we are unable to do so.Moreover, Peter’s Way Tours is not responsible for the denial of services by anycarriers, hotels, restaurants, or other independent suppliers.

DISCLAIMER OF RESPONSIBILITY: Peter’s Way Tours is only acting asintermediary and agent for the suppliers identified on this, or any accompanyingdocuments, in selling services, or in accepting reservations or bookings forservices that are not directly supplied by Peter’s Way Tours (such as air carriage,hotel accommodations, ground transportation, meals, tours, cruises, etc.). Peter’sWay Tours shall not be responsible for breach of contract, bankruptcy or anyintentional or careless actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, whichresult in any loss, damage, delay, or injury to any traveler, travel companions orgroup member. Peter’s Way Tours shall not be held responsible for any changesmade in the schedule of liturgies throughout the pilgrimage. Unless the term“guaranteed” is specifically written on the ticket, invoice or reservation itinerary,Peter’s Way does not guarantee any supplier’s rates, bookings or reservations.Peter’s Way Tours shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or lossescaused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest,airline strikes, mechanical or construction difficulties, diseases, local laws, climaticconditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions,or conditions outside Peter’s Way Tours control. By embarking upon the trip, thetraveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved with such travel, whether expectedor unexpected. The traveler is hereby warned of such risks and is advised to obtainappropriate insurance coverage against them. A signed enrollment form shallconstitute consent to the above terms and conditions and an agreement on thetraveler’s part to convey the contents of this disclaimer to your travel companionsand group members.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: It is strongly recommended that all participants purchaseinsurance when they travel since the tour operator is not responsible fornon-refundable payments, damaged luggage or trip interruption. Peter’s WayTours offers an optional Passenger Travel Protection Plan. These benefits andservices help insure the well being of the passenger while traveling worldwide.The insurance premium is based on total package price, including taxes, fuelsurcharges, single supplements, deviation fees, late charges, etc. The insurancepremium for total package prices from $2501.00 to $3500.00 is $225; $3501.00 to$4500.00 is $250; $4501.00 to $5500.00 is $275; and $5501.00 and over is 6% of totalpackage price. If the insurance premium is included with your deposit or within21 days of the date your deposit was received, the passenger will be covered forpre-existing conditions. However, the insurance plan can be purchased at anytime thereafter, excluding coverage for pre-existing conditions, until finalpayment has been made. Plan payments will not be accepted after final paymenthas been made. All plan payments are non-refundable. If you choose to extendyour stay or embark on a pre-tour program, travel insurance can be purchased foran additional $4.00 per day. Additional coverage needs to be requested. Theinsurance plan will not automatically be extended. The extended insurance planwill only cover pre-paid arrangements made through Peter’s Way Tours. LandOnly passengers can have their air arrangements covered for an additional $20.00per person. The Passenger Travel Protection Plan includes coverage for thefollowing: trip cancellation/interruption/delay, accident/sickness medicalexpense, emergency medical evacuation/repatriation, lost baggage/personaleffects, accidental death & dismemberment and 24-hour Emergency TravelAssistance Services. These benefits and services are provided by Travel InsuredInternational. Upon claim approval, reimbursement is up to 100% of thenon-refundable payments for your trip. Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) add-oncan be purchased for the cost of your insurance premium plus an additional$115.00. This includes reasons for cancellation not otherwise covered by the regularpolicy. You can cancel up to 2 days prior to departure and receive reimbursementof up to 80% of the non-refundable payments for your trip. Payment for CFARmust be included with your deposit or within 14 days of the date your depositwas received. CFAR coverage cannot be offered to New York State residents asper state law.
