RE-CIRCULATING BALL BEARING LINEAR GUIDES (SERIES LZ)• Patented re-circulating ball bearing guide system.• Ultra-flat: only 30mm thickness.• Several T-nut mounting options.• Optional mounting accessory kits are available.

The carrier is made from an extruded aluminum profile that houses the re-circulating ball bearing guide system.Thanks to its special profile, the carrier backlash is zero and (4) screws allow adjusting the pre-load of the bearings.

CAUTIONNever let the gripper come into contact with corrosive substances, powders, or soldering or welding spatter as they will damage the slide.Never let non-authorized persons or objects be within the operating range of the slide.Never operate the slide on a machine that does not comply with the safety standards and laws of your country.

The safety screws should be removed only before operating the slide: they are necessary to prevent the carrier from coming out.The other screws, shown in the picture, must not be fastened or unfastened: they are used to adjust the recirculating ball bearing.

Keep the bearing guide clean.Periodically check it and lubricate when dry.The proper grease is available in 90 gram tubes; use part # GLP500-90.
