Click ‘None of the above apply to me’

Check MECC appears in the middle list and click continue

Fill in registration details

Tick Making Every Contact Count (MECC) and submit query, you will be sent a temporary password by email

When you log in the next time, the page will look like this. Click MECC to access the training

Please complete the ‘Making Every Contact Count (Wessex, Thames Valley, Kent, Surrey and Sussex)’ training
