Upgrade - 11.0.13 IF1036

• Timeline• DEV testing - Through March 13th

• A group of authors and consumers are actively testing• QA testing - March 18th-25th

• Will ask for your testing assistance on March 18th• Stay tuned for details• One highlight is a fix to the blank row issue

• PROD environment will receive the upgrade on 3/28

Boiler Insight Enhancement Releases

• Occur every 4 weeks (except holiday periods) • Next up is March 10th• Changes of each release will be communicated once release is in Production• Also posted on the Cognos Resources Page

Schedules

To keep Cognos running smoothly...

● Staggering Schedules○ If multiple schedules start at the same time, do not set more than 5

to run within each 10 minute block of time○ If possible, do not schedule first thing in the morning

■ Consider late morning or afternoon

● If Cognos resources become taxed, the BICC may need to rebalance schedules

○ If this is needed, we will notify the schedule’s owner

● Setting up a job can assist in timing schedules appropriately
