Ongoing Programs GROUP FITNESS Our group fitness program offers the Rowan community the opportunity to get fit together. We provide a diverse group of classes led by energetic, motivating, and supportive instructors. There are between 30-40 weekly classes to choose from including BODYPUMP®, ZUMBA®, Pilates, Insanity®, Yoga, Cross Training, Cycle, Kickboxing, and more. Regular participation in these classes can help build strength, stamina, cardiovascualar fitness, and flexibility. Classes are FREE during the first week of each semester. For a complete schedule of classes, please visit our website. We hope to see you in one of our classes! PERSONAL TRAINING Our nationally certified staff of Personal Trainers are a great source of motivation and will provide guidance to help you reach your individual fitness goals. We offer both individual and small group training. Sessions are scheduled to match your availability. FIT 3D BODY SCANS Quick, Simple, and Detailed. A Fit 3D body scan assessment is a great way to learn and track measurements beyond the number on the scale. This unique computerized body scanner provides a multidimensional wellness report that provides information on aspects of wellness including body composition, circumference measurements, and posture analysis. FAQHOW DO I SIGN UP FOR THESE SERVICES?All registrations can be done at the Recreation or Fitness Center front desk. A health history packet will be given to you if you are signing up for a fitness assessment or personal training that must be filled out before sessions begin. A doctor’s release may be required after the health history has been reviewed by the trainer.

CAN I REQUEST A TRAINER?Yes! Otherwise, one of our nationally certified trainers will be assigned to you and contact you within 48 hours of registering. WHERE IS THE FITNESS CENTER?232 Victoria Street.
