We provide US Hispanic Market and Latin America focused companies with comprehensive advisory services. Julio has substantial investment banking experience in the US Hispanic market. He has completed transactions in project finance, financial restructuring and operational consolidation in the food and beverage, retailing, telecommunications, semiconductors, consumer goods, and financial service sectors; among other industries.

Edward H Gonzalez, Associate of Merchant BankingMr. Gonzalez has a focused financial and legal background with over 5 years of experience in transaction advisory services. She earned her Master of Business Administration degree in International Business, from Schiller International University and has a Bachelor in Business Administration degree in finance and government from the Externado de Colombia in Bogota, Colombia.
