Portable Fitness Training facilityINTOPS approved

This custom-built portable facility was original-ly designed in partnership with the Norwegian Armed Forces for use in international opera-tions. It has been used in Afghanistan and Cyprus with good results since 2005. (Kabul – Meyhmaneh – Mazar-ESharif – Limasol) Normally, exercise equipment equivalent to that in this container require 3 x 20 contain-ers for transport. It costs about 40,000 U.S. per container by air cargo from Oslo to Kabul. Customizing the equipment for compact packing, saves U.S. $. 80,000 U.S. per unit. We have delivered 13 such devices to the Nor-wegian Armed Forces.

When the contain-1. ers arrive in camp start an easy job to disassemble the equipment. Only two peo-ple are needed

Once everything 5. is assembled, we get a steady large structure that can easily be stowed in the container of standard fas-teners. Packaging is redun-dant.

Technical service is available around the world via GYM2000 AS Norway. The package includes a 60m² military approved tent.

GYM2000’s Military Functional Training Rig has all the benefits of the eighteen lifting power rack areas. Thirty-six pull ups stations and thirty meters monkeybar make this rig to a compleete training facility.

Bar and security brackets are designed to work with large forces. Pom is used between the steel plates so the bar not directly touch the metal.The unit is sandblasted, galvanized and powder coated for outdoor use.

Military Funtional Training RigOutdoor and indoor solution!

Functional Training is a strength and conditioning program with the aim of improving, among other things, muscular strength, cardio-respiratory endurance, and flexibility. It advocates a perpetually changing mix of aer-obic exercise, gymnastics (body weight exercises), and Olympic weight lifting.

The rig was developed in collaboration with the Navy and is a typical example of our flexibility when it comes to spe-cial production. This complete rig was delivered to the Royal Norwegian Navy Haakonsvern 2013.
