It emphasises on the need to voice out opinions, ask questions and tell the right stories and encourages youngsters to pursue their dreams, ideas and thoughts. It is a convention that brings youth delegates together to share stories which have pursued innovative, creative and thoughtful solutions to issues prevalent in our society.

The vision of International Congress 2015 is not merely a gathering of young minds under one roof but to steer towards an ambitious and positive future, forging the meaning of AIESEC’s existence at every step of this attempt. International Congress 2015 is envisaged and has been shaping up as a prestigious 10-day Business Conference, an inspirational Leadership Summit and a grand Cultural Extravaganza unveiling the essence of 126 different cultures under one roof. It will be a colourful, vibrant gathering of 1600 dynamic youth from 125 countries of the world. !!We needed a platform that is: 1. Bidirectional 2. Enriched with optimised involvement 3.
