The AIESEC Way is not only a description of the way (manner) we

aim to make a positive impact on society, but also describes the way

Theme:BreakingStereotypes.

The world has started accepting India as a major player in global economics.

Analysts and industry veterans prophesize India to be a major power in the future. This is still

a distant dream because India has a humungous youth population of 350 million with just 120million jobs in her pocket. The million dollar question is that, which industry has got the

nerves to absorb a workforce of this scale. The only rational answer to this problem is

Entrepreneurship!

Entrepreneurship in India is required in every sector Agriculture, Manufacturing,e-Commerce, Education, Community services, Fashion, Media, and the list seems endless.

There is scope for a huge entrepreneurial revolution which could solve major problems which

chain the country like low employability, low literacy rate, high imports, lack of organization

in various sectors like labour and retail and corruption.

AIESEC in Mumbais Youth to Business Forum is a unique platform for the

decision-makers of today and leaders of tomorrow to interact with each-other on issues

relating to Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Corporate Responsibility, Youth Leadership,Employability, Education and Youth Mobility and how these could help todays youth break

the stereotypes related to entrepreneurship.

TheConcept

AIESEC in Mumbais Youth to Business Forum aims at engaging students

irrespective of the field of their study with the ground realities of the business scenario in the

country. Parallel to this, we give the business minds of today an opportunity to interact with

the youth and get to know what they feel and how they perceive it.

Mumbai Youth to Business Forum will include panels and workshops attended by

youth from across the top colleges of the city, entrepreneurs, business leaders, experts and

online participants. Panel Discussions and workshops will be centred around topics ranging

from Entrepreneurship to Innovation to Social Responsibility and Youth Mobility. Breaking

Stereotypes in each of these common topics will be the aim of the event.

Finally, we as the youth would ideate as to how we could help bring The India

Growth Story back on track and move closer to achieving A World Super-Power title.
