More info will be provided at the rneeting. Activities Director Report: Ath- tetics-Basebalt Their regular season ends next Tuesday in Beulah. They go to Washburn tomorrow. Regionals will be in Beulah this year as well. They start the Monday after school glets out Track: Their regu- lar season ends next week as well. Last chance in Beach and Reqionals in Dickinson. The State Meet is also the week af- ter school gets out. It will be in Bismarck again Elem. Boys BB: They will end their season next Tuesday. Elem. VB: We end- ed our season a couple weeks ago. We had great participation this year. Miscellaneous-Open- ings: We posted the job open- ings we do have for next year. They are: JH football, JH volley- ball, JH Boys basketball, Ass't. HIS volleyball, Ass't HS Boys Basketball, High School Head Boys Basketball, and Ass't HS Girls Basketball. Reports I've filled out several end of year reports this year. We've done our Fine Arts participation sur" vey, concussion survey, and have officially registered as a school to sponsor Girls Wres- tling next year Participation survey for Athletics will be due in June. Science "0": They had their State competition virtual- ly this year and they did great. They took 3rd at the State lev- el. They did not qualify for the National event, however. FFA: Mrs. Schauer took her team to horse judging in Fargo on Mon- day. Football Field: We met with Weston on Monday to discuss the sprinkler system for the foot- ball field. Earth Day: Ms. Block had her Earth Day on May 5. Things went well there. Student Council Report: The kids running for officer posi- tions have been getting their speeches recorded with Mr. J to be shown at homeroom from the stream team. Group of kids on the cookout committee are working on a possible lunch cookout for the high school kids the last week of school weather permittinp. It was a good year even though we didn't do as much as we wanted still had some successful fund raisers and events. Kids have already been working on some ideas and changes for next year. Unfinished Business: Trevor Hufftaker with Engtech gave an update on the building project. There are essentially 4 different projects that need to be bid out: boilers, pool, roofs and windows. Engtech will be solicitating bids for the projects within the next 2 weeks. They will have to wait for 3 weeks in order to give time for the bids to come in and be awarded. The Board will be asked to have a special meeting to award those bids sometime in June. Engtech is hoping for the boiler project to be up and running at the very latest in October 2021. They are hoping to have the pool back up and running February 2022. The roof and window replace- ment may have to wait until the summer of 2022, but hopes are to get bids to finish the summer/ fall of 2021. FFA:Mrs. Schauer took her team tohorse judging in Fargo on Mon-day. Football Field: We met withWeston on Monday to discussthe sprinkler system for the foot-ball field. Earth Day: Ms. Blockhad her Earth Day on May 5.Things went well there.Student Council Report: Thekids running for officer posi-tions have been getting theirspeeches recorded with Mr. Jto be shown at homeroom fromthe stream team. Group of kidson the cookout committee areworking on a possible lunchcookout for the high school kidsthe last week of school weatherpermittinp. It was a good yeareven though we didn't do asmuch as we wanted still hadsome successful fund raisersand events. Kids have alreadybeen working on some ideasand changes for next year.Unfinished Business:Trevor Huff taker with Engtechgave an update on the buildingproject. There are essentially 4different projects that need tobe bid out: boilers, pool, roofsand windows. Engtech will besolicitating bids for the projectswithin the next 2 weeks. Theywill have to wait for 3 weeks inorder to give time for the bids tocome in and be awarded. TheBoard will be asked to have aspecial meeting to award thosebids sometime in June. Engtechis hoping for the boiler project tobe up and running at the verylatest in October 2021. They arehoping to have the pool backup and running February 2022.The roof and window replace-ment may have to wait until thesummer of 2022, but hopes areto get bids to finish the summer/fall of 2021.This day being set to open bidsfor the sale of the 2002 DodgeIntrepid and 1999 Chevy Subur-ban.
